Անցած տարվա վերջին արտարժույթի տատանումները ՀՀ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կստարման վրա էական ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել: Այս մասին ՀՀ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ, գլխավոր գանձապետ Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանի հարցին:

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ տատանումները տեղի են ունեցել անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին, էական ազդեցություն չէին կարող ունենալ պետական բյուջեի կատարման վրա: Բայց, այդուհանդերձ, գոնե մի հատվածով մենք ազդեցությունը զգացել ենք: Խոսքը ներքին շուկայում պետական արժեթղթերի տեղաբաշխման հնարավորության մասին է: Վստահ եմ, որ դուք առիթ ունեցել եք տեսնելու, որ դեկտեմբերին մենք ունեցել ենք կարճաժամկետ պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխում, որոնց համար ընդհանրապես որևէ հայտ չի ներկայացվել, ինչն աննախադեպ էր պարտատոմսերի շուկայի գոյության պատմության մեջ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Ջանջուղազյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ սա էական ազդեցություն չի ունեցել ՀՀ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման վրա, որովհետև կառավարությունը ծրագիրը կատարած է մոտեցել դեկտեմբեր ամսվան: «Այսինքն՝ դեկտեմբերի գործառությունները, ըստ էության, էական ազդեցություն չունեցան պետական բյուջեի կատարման վրա: Միևնույն ժամանակ, դա չէր կարող սահմանափակվել միայն դեկտեմբերով և իրավիճակն իր ազդեցությունը պետք է թողներ հաջորդ ժամանակահատվածի վրա, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել: Սակայն կրկնում եմ՝ կոնկրետ 2014թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման վրա տատանումներն էական ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել»,- եզրափակեց Ջանջուղազյանը:
