Թուրքիայի օմբուդսմեն Շերեֆ Մալքոչը հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինան և Ռուսաստանն աշխատում են գերիների խոշոր փոխանակման վրա, որին ընդհանուր առմամբ կարող է ներգրավվել 1000 մարդ։ Այս մասին գրում է CNN Turk-ը:
«Այն հանդիպմանը, որին մասնակցում էի, Ուկրաինայի օմբուդսմենը (Դմիտրո Լուբինեցը) ռուսական կողմին է փոխանցել 800 հոգանոց ցուցակ, իսկ ՌԴ օմբուդսմեն (Տատյանա Մոսկալկովան) 200 հոգանոց ցուցակ է փոխանցել իր ուկրաինացի գործընկերոջը։ Փոխանակումը սահմանափակված չէ։ Սա վիրավորների ու գերիների ցուցակ է, բացի այդ, կան հազարավոր երեխաներ, կան կանայք, կան այլ խնդիրներ։ Եթե կարողանանք Ստամբուլի հարթակ ստեղծել, ապա այս հարցերը կարող են ավելի հեշտ քննարկվել։ Մենք այս մեխանիզմի ստեղծման գործընթացում ենք», - ասել է Մալքոչը:
Նա հավելել է, որ բանակցությունների ավարտին Ուկրաինայի և Ռուսաստանի օմբուդսմենները համաձայնության են եկել ցուցակներում մոտ 40 ուղղումների շուրջ, որոնց մեծ մասը վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձինք և զինվորականներ են։
Մալքոչը նշել է, որ Թուրքիան պատրաստ է Ստամբուլում մարդասիրական միջանցք ստեղծել ցանկացած փոխանակման համար։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը խոսել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ և կրկին առաջարկել միջնորդել Ուկրաինայի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև բանակցություններում։ Սպասվում է, որ մոտ ժամանակներս Էրդողանը կհանդիպի Պուտինի և Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ՝ քննարկելու մարդասիրական միջանցքի բացումը։
Եթե Թուրքիայի առաջարկն ընդունվի, Ստամբուլում հումանիտար միջանցք կստեղծվի վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձանց, զինվորականների, տարեցների, երեխաների ու կանանց փոխանակման համար։
