«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թե՛ հայաստանյան, թե՛ արցախյան բոլոր այն ուժերը, որոնք փորձում են ազգապահպան գործունեությամբ զբաղվել, պահպանել Արցախը, պետք է ընդհանրապես հույս չդնեն նաև Հայաստանի ղեկավարության վրա, որովհետև ՀՀ ղեկավարության վեկտորները համընկնում են բացառապես Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության վեկտորների հետ: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը: «Երբ անձը հակադրվում է ՀՀ իշխանությունների վերոնշյալ քաղաքական կուրսին, փորձում են, օրինակ՝ այդ անձի խնդիրը պաշտոնանկ անելով լուծել:

Տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը ԱՀ պետնախարարի մասին է: Ամենակարևորն այստեղ այն է, որ, ըստ էության, ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության քաղաքական կուրսերի հիմնական վեկտորների միջև որևէ տարբերություն չկա, այսպես ասած, ունիսոն քաղաքական կուրս է վարվում: Հենց Արցախում հայտնվում են ուժեր, որոնք ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից անվերահսկելի են, միանգամից գործի են դրվում բոլոր ռեսուրսները՝ վարկաբեկելու այդ ուժերին, որոնք ասում են, որ չեն պատրաստվում հանձնվել, պայքարելու են Արցախը պահպանելու և այնտեղ ապրելու համար»,ասաց Վ. Հակոբյանը:

Այդուամենայնիվ, քաղաքագետը կարծում է, որ ՀՀ ղեկավարության դիրքորոշումն այլևս էական նշանակություն չունի. «Չգիտեմ՝ դժբախտաբար, թե բարեբախտաբար, բայց ամեն ինչ չէ, որ կախված է ՀՀ իշխանությունների ու իր ղեկավարի հայտնի դիրքորոշումների հետ: Ամեն ինչ չէ, որ ըստ այդ դիրքորոշումների է որոշվելու: Ավելին, կարծում եմ, որ ՀՀ ղեկավարության դիրքորոշումն այլևս էական նշանակություն չունի հիմնական, շահագրգիռ, այդ թվում՝ նաև տարածաշրջանային խաղացողների համար»:
