Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պատգամավոր Anna Mkrtchyan -ի ճանապարհն առանց բացատրության փակելու համար, ոստիկանը (կոչումը` ենթասպա) կարող էր մի փոքր ծառայողական էթիկա ունենալ, մի փոքր էլ էլեմենտար կուլտուրա:
 
Սակայն, իր ծառայության իմաստին անհաղորդ հայացքով կարմրաթշիկ ոստիկանից երևում էր, որ քաղաքավարությունը շատ հեռու է նրանից: Հույս կար, որ գոնե մեքենայի ազդանշանների ձայնից մոտեցող կին ոստիկանը (կարծես` ավագ լեյտենանտ) կարող էր նրբանկատություն ունենար, քաղաքացուն անհարմարություն պատճառելու համար ներողություն խնդրեր և հարթեր իրավիճակը:
 
Այնինչ, ո´չ: Էլ ինչի՞ համար է «ազգային ոստիկանությունը», եթե պետք է «կուլ տար» Նիկոլի շարասյանը ձայնային ազդանշան տվող մեքենայի վարորդի արդարացիորեն վրդովված գործողությունը: Հասարակական կարգի և հանրային անվտանգության փոխարեն`Նիկոլի անվտանգության համար ծառայող ոստիկանությունը որոշեց, որ սեփական սխալները քողարկելու լավագույն եղանակը քաղաքացի Մկրտչյանի նկատմամբ հերթական շինծու կասկածանք տարածելն ու թեման շեղելն է: Հոլիվուդը հաստատ կնախանձեր նման արկածային սցենարների հեղինակներին:
 
Բնականաբար այս ամենը մի օր կավարտվի: Բնականաբար կարմրաթշիկ ենթասպան և նրա հրամանատարները, մի օր, սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ բազմաթիվ ներողություններ կխնդրեն ինչպես Աննա Մկրտչյանից, այնպես էլ հարյուրավոր այն մարդկանցից, ում նկատմամբ «ստիպված» են եղել ապօրինություններ գործել:
 
Իսկ թե այսօր ինչպե՞ս ենք կասեցնելու Արցախի նկատմամբ շարունակվող ցեղասպանական սպառնալիքն ու հայաթափման վտանգը, թե ինչպե՞ս ենք Հայաստանն ազատելու կապիտուլյանտների կործանարար ճիրաններց, թե ինչպե՞ս ենք մեր պետականությունն ու ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը զերծ պահելու սպառնալիքներից` ամենակարևոր ու դեռևս կրիտիկական օրախնդիրներ են:
