Արցախում երեկ անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ է կայացել, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների մի զգալի մասը Արայիկ Հարությունյանից պահանջում է ազատվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանից և հեռացնել նրան պետնախարարի պաշտոնից։

Առայժմ դեռ վերջնական որոշում չի կայացվել, ըստ ամենայնի, այն կկայացվի այսօր։ Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նախօրեին հայտարարել է, թե ինքը հրաժարական չի տալու, իսկ պաշտոնանկությունների և ադրբեջանական նարատիվների տարածումը Արցախում անընդունելի է համարում։

Վարդանյանի այս բավական ամուր մոտեցումը շոկի է մատնել արցախյան քաղաքական շրջանակներին, որոնց մի հատվածը ամեն ինչ անում էր նոյեմբերին պետնախարարի պաշտոնում գործարարի նշանակումից հետո նրանից ազատվելու համար։

Իր կառավարչական հմտություններն օգտագործելով՝ Վարդանյանը կանխել էր բազմաթիվ բացասական դեպքեր, նաև հրապարակել էր տեղեկություններ, որ շրջափակման ընթացքում արցախյան որոշ պաշտոնյաներ և ազդեցիկ անձինք կարողանում են թե՛ խաղաղապահների օգնությամբ բիզնես անել և թե՛ նույնիսկ ելումուտ անել փակ միջանցքով, ուստի և Արցախում ուժայինները և մի քանի քաղաքական դեմքեր փորձում են օգտվել Իլհամ Ալիևի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ճնշումներից Արայիկ Հարությունյանի վրա և ազատվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանից, փոխարենը նշանակել տալ այնպիսի մի մարդու, որի հետ հնարավոր է լեզու գտնել և շարունակել օգտվել հանրային բարիքներից՝ մինչ Արցախի 120 հազար բնակչությունը շարունակում է մնալ սովի և ցրտի ճիրաններում։

Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այսօր արդեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանը վերջնական որոշում կկայացնի՝ ազատվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանից, թե կոմպրոմիսի գալ նրա հետ։

Թեև Արցախից ստացվող տեղեկություններն իրարամերժ են, խոսում են անգամ, որ կարող է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը առայժմ չգնալ կոշտ քայլերի և չհեռացնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, սակայն սահմանափակել նրա լիազորությունները, այդուհանդերձ հարկավոր է նշել, որ իրավիճակը բավական ծանր է և հղի է լուրջ հետևանքներով թե՛ Արցախի և թե՛ Հայաստանի համար։
