Չեխերը շաբաթ օրը քվեարկում են նախագահական ընտրություններում՝ ընտրելով այդ պաշտոնում Միլոշ Զեմանի իրավահաջորդին, հաղորդում է AP-ը։
Միլիարդատեր Անդրեյ Բաբիշը 8 թեկնածուների շարքում առաջատար է քվեարկության երկու օրերի ընթացքում, որը կավարտվի շաբաթ օրը:
Նախկին վարչապետ Բաբիշը արդարացվել է այս շաբաթ խարդախության գործով, ինչը մեծացրել է նախագահական ընտրությունների առաջին փուլում հաղթելու նրա հնարավորությունները:
Եթե թեկնածուներից ոչ մեկը չհավաքի ձայների մեծամասնությունը, ինչպես ցույց են տալիս հարցումները, երկու առաջատար թեկնածուները երկու շաբաթից կհանդիպեն միմյանց երկրորդ փուլում:
Երկուշաբթի օրը Պրահայի դատարանը արդարացրել է 68-ամյա Բաբիշին՝ 2 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ ԵՄ սուբսիդիաների գործով խարդախության մեղադրանքով: Մեղադրող կողմը դեռ կարող է բողոքարկել։ Բաբիշն իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել եւ բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ իր դեմ առաջադրված մեղադրանքները քաղաքական դրդապատճառներ ունեն։
Չնայած մի շարք սկանդալների՝ նրա աջակցությունը բնակչության շրջանում մնում է բարձր, հատկապես տարեց ընտրողների շրջանում:
Հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ մնացած թեկնածուներից ոչ մեկը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դուրս չի գա երկրորդ փուլ:
Բաբիշը, որի կենտրոնամետ ANO շարժումը հայտնվել է ընդդիմությունում 2021 թվականի ընդհանուր ընտրություններում կրած պարտությունից հետո, վայելում է Զեմանի աջակցությունը, ում հետ նա կիսում է եվրասկեպտիկ հայացքները եւ հականերգաղթային հռետորաբանություն օգտագործելու սովորությունը:
Զեմանը ժողովրդական քվեարկությամբ ընտրված առաջին նախագահն է։ Նրա երկրորդ եւ վերջին հնգամյա ժամկետը լրանում է մարտին։
Օրենսդիրներն ընտրել են երկու նախորդ նախագահներին՝ Վացլավ Հավելին եւ Վացլավ Կլաուսին։
