Դիվանագետ, փիլիսոփա Աշոտ Ոսկանյանը երեկ մի գրառում էր արել. «Մարդ ի՞նչ երևակայության պիտի լիներ՝ 88-ի արցախյան պայքարի օրերին պատկերացնելու համար, որ 2023-ին անկախ Հայաստանի պաշտոնական ալիքը չի հաղորդելու շրջափակված Արցախից հաղորդվող  հեռուստակամուրջը, և որ հայաստանյան հասարակության մեծ մասը խորապես թքած է ունենալու այդ հանգամանքի վրա»։

Այս մասին իր վերլուծության մեջ գրել է Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Աշոտ Ոսկանյանին վերաբերվելով մեծ հարգանքով և համարելով բացառիկ մտածող մարդ՝ ցանկանում եմ շարունակել նրա ասածը.

Անլիդերություն ազգերը գնում են ողբերգության։ Մենք հիմա պրոցեսի վերջնագծում ենք։

Հասարակության մի հատված ապրում է «сучья зона»-ի բարքերով. ինձ լավ լինի՝ պետություն-հայրենիք-հայրենակից՝ թքած։ Այդ զոնայում տեղավորվում են տարբեր սոցիալական խմբեր, անհատներ, տեսակներ, հիմնարկներ և այլն։

88-ի արցախյան պայքարից ի վեր չձևավորվեցին ազգային- առաջադիմական վերնախավեր, որոնք կկրթեին հասարակություն և կսերմանեին պետական մտածողություն։ Եվ այսօր վերնախավերի և պետական ինստիտուտների փոխարեն մենք ունենք իշխանական և հակաիշխանական ԱՆԱՌԱՋՆՈՐԴՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ սպասարկող շքախմբեր։

 Մեր հասարակության շատ փոքր հատվածն է, որ հիմքում ունի արժեքներ և քաղաքակրթական չիկարելիներ։ Ես իրոք չգիտեմ, թե գիտության ո՞ր դիսցիպլինայով է (գենետիկա, փիլիսոփայություն, անասնաբուժություն), բացատրվում այն մարդկանց վարքագիծը, որոնք պատերազմից հետո մասնակցում էին Նիկոլի դեմ ցույցերին, իսկ հետո տեղավորվում Նիկոլի իշխանության մեջ, ծառայելով այդ իշխանության հարատևմանը։

 Նիլոն ու Ալենը պատերազմ են հայտարարել Ռուսաստանին։ Նման դեպքերում գինը լինում է այլոց կյանքերը, հայրենիքի կորսված հատվածները. դա է վկայում հայկական և համաշխարհային պատմությունը։ Բայց չկա այս տարրական բանի ընկալումը և որ ավելի վատ է ՝ չկա այդ ամենը մարդկանց բացատրողը։

Այս պահին պրոցեսները գնում են շատ արագ, և լինելու է հանգուցալուծում։ Ընթանում է երրորդ հանրապետության կազմաքանդման գռեհիկ պրոցես. նեխում են պետական ինստիտուտները, քաղաքական համակարգը, նեխում է հասարակությունը։

Այս պրոցեսը և արյունոտ աղետը կանգնեցնելու մեկ ձև կա. նոր մարդիկ, նոր գաղափարներ, ժամանակավոր նոր ձևաչափեր, որոնք կստանձնեն գոնե ժամանակավոր հակաճգնաժամային ԱՌԱՋՆՈՐԴՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ։ Միայն այդպես է հնարավոր կանգնեցնել դեպի անդունդ սլացող գնացքը, որի մեջ մեր ընտանիքներն են, մեր պատմությունը, մեր ողջ հոգևոր ժառանգությունը, մեր ապագան։ Եվ նոր ԱՌԱՋՆՈՐԴՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ պետությունը պետք է վեր դասի իշխանությունից, իշխանության ժամանակ ձեռք բերած գույքից և փողից, սեփական կոմֆորտից և այլ բաներից։

Ունենք քիչ ժամանակ՝ կանգնեցնելու աղետը, դրանից հետո պետք է գնա ներպետական առողջացում և իհարկե, կոշտ «ռազբորկա»՝ թե ինչո´ւ 30 տարում մենք հասանք այս հանգրվանին»։
