Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Ուշ երեկոյան, ամբողջությամբ դիտել եմ Իլհամ Ալիևի երկուս ու կես ժամանոց ասուլիսը` սկզբնաղբյուրից: Երբեմնի վախվորած, երկու պատերազմներում պարտված, դիվանագիտական դաշտում ճնշված, ուրիշներից աջակցություն հայցող, Հայաստանի մասին միշտ հարգանքով խոսող Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարն ընդգծված միտումով ցուցադրում էր իր քամահրական վերաբերմունքը մեր ժողովրդի նկատմամբ:
Կինտոական ցինիզմով ու հեգնական տոնով, ծաղրող ժպիտով և հումորախառը տրված հարցերն ու պատասխաններն ասուլիսը վերածել էին հայությանն անարգանքի ենթարկող հերթական ցուցահանդեսի:
Ալիևը Նիկոլին էր մեղադրում միջազգային աբիժնիկության ու գործտվողության մեջ` մոռանալով, որ 26 տարի շարունակ Ադրբեջանն է միջազգային հանրությունում շրջել աբիժնիկի ու գործտվողի կարգավիճակում: Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանից, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից ու Սերժ Սարգսյանից բոլոր ճակատներում պարտված մարդն ինչպիսի հրճվանքով էր մեկնաբանում ու նկարագրում Հայաստանի ներկայիս ողորմելի վիճակը: Եվ դա բացառապես Նիկոլի շնորհիվ:
Ինքնավստահության ավելցուկով փայլող Ալիևն ասուլիսում հանդիմանեց նաև Իրանին ու Հնդկաստանին: Երկար բարակ քննարկեց ու քննադատեց Ֆրանսիային: 2024-25թթ. մանդատի ավարտի թեմայով որոշ ակնարկներ արեց Ռուսաստանին: Բավականին երկար գլուխ գովեց Ադրբեջանի «հեքիաթային հաջողությունների» մասին, մոռանալով, որ իր երկիրն այլևս Թուրքիայի վասալն է, և բարոյա-քաղաքական խոշոր պարտքեր ունի Իսրայելին ու մի շարք այլ երկրների:
Եթե թարգմանենք Ալիևի ասածը սովորական մարդկային լեզվի, ապա Հայաստանն իր համար ընդամենը դատարկ տարածք է, «ադրբեջանական հինավուրց» մի բնակավայր, որից երբ ուզի, ինչքան ուզի կարող է հետ գրավել: Մյուս կողմից էլ լրագրողների հետ ծիծաղախառը հանգում են այն եզրակացության, թե «բարություն» կցուցաբերեն և թույլ կտան մեզ հանգիստ ապրել, եթե իհարկե մեզ խելոք պահենք:
Իսկ թե ինչպիսի՞ հեգնանքով ու ձեռքառնելով էր պատմում Քաշաթաղից, Սուսից, Աղավնոյից մեր ժողովրդին դուրս անելու մանրամասներն ու տեղի ունեցած խոսակցությունները` առանց կապիտուլյանտների հայհոյելու հնարավոր չէ նկարագրել: Նույնը նաև Նիկոլի «արտաքին քաղաքականության», Արցախի ապագայի մասին Ալիևի ծաղրալից պատմությունների պարագայում էր:
Այ տղա Նիկո´լ, ա´յ անգիտակից ընտրազանգվածի առաջնորդ, բա դու ընդհանրապես ամոթ, աբուռ, ազգային արժանապատվություն չունե՞ս: Դու գոնե նայել ե՞ս կիրթ բարեկամիդ ասուլիսը. դուրդ եկե՞լ է, թե՞ քեզ միայն փողն ու թիկնազորիդ քանակն է հետաքրքրում...
Հ.Գ. Նիկոլ-Իլհամ դուետի երեկվա ասուլիսներից ինձ մոտ այն մտավախությունն է, որ Նիկոլն արդեն ամբողջությամբ վաճառել է նաև Հայաստանը...
