Փաշինյանական վարչախմբին իշխանությունից հեռացնելուց հետո, ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկը, որ ծագելու է Հայաստանի առջև՝ «Ինչպե՞ս և ի՞նչ ռեսուրսներով հնարավոր է բեկել իրավիճակը և կենսագործել Հայաստանի իրական առաքելությունը»։

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը իր Հայաստանի առաքելությունը հարփոփոխ աշխարհում, փորձել է նշել բոլոր այն ռեսուրսները, որոնց տիրապետում էր Հայաստանն ու հայ ժողովուրդը և ինչպես կարող են դրանք օգտագործել։

Հասարակական, քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով՝ մեր առաջին ռեսուրսը մեր պատմամշակութային հոգևոր ժառանգությունն է, այն նյութականացված է բազմաթիվ հուշարձանների, ձեռագրերի, արվեստի գործերի, նաև մեր արժեհամակարգի և առօրյա կենսակերպի մեջ։ Պատահական չէ, որ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն աշխարհի առաջին քրիստոնեական պետությունն է, այլև աշխարհի առավել ցածր լռության մակարդակ ունեցող երկրներից մեկը։

Մեր երկրորդ ռեսուրսը՝ գիտատեխնոլոգիական ներուժն է, որը թեև էապես տուժել է անկախության տարիներին, բայց ներկայումս որոշակի վերելք է ապրում։ ԱՊՀ երկրների կազմում Հայաստանն առաջատար է, մեկ շնչին ընկնող գիտական հրապարակումների թվով, ինչպես նաև մեկ շնչին ընկնող բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ծառայությունների ծավալով, թեև բացարձակ թվերով, իհարկե զիջում է ԱՊՀ ավելի խոշոր երկրներին։

Մեր ռեսուրսների մեջ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշում է նաև մարտական ներուժը, թեև ցավալի պարտություն ենք կրել 2020 թվականի արցախյան պատերազմում և հիմնականում շարունակում ենք զիջել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանային բախումներում, մեր բանակն իրականում կազմաքանդված չէ և ընդունակ է վերականգնել մարտական կարողությունները, իսկ ժողովրդի զգալի մասը բնական կերպով հակված է մարտական ծառայության և արժևորում է այն։

Ռեսուրսների թվում Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ընդգծում է նաև ֆինանսական կարողությունները, Հայաստանը, մասնավորապես, աչքի է ընկնում բարձր մակրոտնտեսական կայունությամբ։

Ռեսուրսների թվում մեր տարածքն է, որը թեև ֆիզիկապես սահմանափակ է, սակայն նրա զգալի մասն ունի կյանքի և զբոսաշրջության համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ, տրանզիտային միջոցներ, քաղցրահամ ջրի և վերականգնվող էներգիայի զգալի պաշարներ։ Հայաստանը նաև ունի զգալի կառավարչական և պրոֆեսիոնալ ներուժ։ Հայաստանից դուրս մեր հայրենակիցները լուրջ հաջողությունների են հասնում այդ ոլորտներում և երկրի ներսում էլ պրոֆեսիոնալ ծառայությունների ոլորտն արագ զարգացում է ապրում՝ մասամբ նաև օգտվելով հեռավար աշխատանքի ընձեռնված հնարավորություններից։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ բոլոր այս ռեսուրսների մեկտեղումը, ինչպես նաև հստակ տեսլականի առկայությունը, Հայաստանին թույլ կտա արագորեն իր տեղը գտնել աշխարհում և ոտք մեկնել զարգացած պետությունների հետ, միայն թե դրա համար առաջին և ամենակարևոր պայմանը՝ ունենալ հայրենասեր և գիտակից, ինչպես նաև կամային հատկություններով իշխանություն։
