Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության (ՄԱԿ) գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերեշը վերահաստատում է իր կոչը՝ ապահովելու Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ ու անվտանգ տեղաշարժը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին ասաց ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի խոսնակ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկը։
«Գլխավոր քարտուղարը ներկա իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ իր մտահոգությունները հայտնել է 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 14-ի իր հայտարարության մեջ։ Այս մտահոգությունները Քարտուղարության կողմից բարձրաձայնվել են նաև 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին Հայաստանի հայցով հրավիրված Անվտանգության խորհրդի արտակարգ նիստի ընթացքում։ Գլխավոր քարտուղարը վերահաստատում է իր կոչերը՝ դեէսկալացիայի ենթարկել լարվածությունը և ապահովել միջանցքով ազատ ու անվտանգ տեղաշարժը՝ համաձայն ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների, նա իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում միջնորդական ջանքերին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան նշեց Դյուժարիկը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքն արդեն չորս շաբաթ փակ պահելու փաստին, ինչի հետևանքով իրական հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է սկսվել Արցախում, որտեղ շուրջ 120 հազար բնակիչներ հայտնվել են շրջափակման մեջ։
«ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցչությունները Հայաստանում և Ադրբեջանում շարունակում են տեղում բաց պահել կապն իշխանությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ ու պատրաստ են արձագանքել, եթե լինի դիմում և թույլ տան պայմանները»,- հայտնեց ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի խոսնակը։
Ադրբեջանը 2022թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից փակ է պահում Արցախը Հայաստանին ու արտաքին աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը: Ճանապարհի փակ լինելու պատճառով Հայաստանից Արցախ չի կարողացել վերադառնալ 1100 մարդ, որոնց թվում՝ 270 երեխա: Խախտված են անձանց ազատ տեղաշարժի, նվազագույն կենսամակարդակի ապահովման, բժշկական խնամք ստանալու, կրթության և այլ իրավունքներ։
