Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները կրկին վերահաստատաեցին Արցախի շրջափակման փաստը։
Այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունից։
09.01.2023թ. Ադրբեջանի տեղեկատվա-քարոզչական շահերը սպասարկող լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկություն են հրապարակել այն մասին (https://ru.oxu.az/politics/681869, https://media.az/…/blokada-karabaha-po-armyanski-sotni…/), որ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհի արգելափակման 27 օրվա ընթացքում երկու ուղղություններով իրականացվել է 370 տարբեր տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեղաշարժ, որից 330-ը՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից, 31-ը՝ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (այդ թվում շտապ օգնության մեքենաներ), իսկ շտապ օգնության 3 մեքենաները՝ «Արցախի բնակիչների կողմից»: Հոդվածի հեղինակը պնդել ու այդ կերպ փորձել էր ցույց տալ, որ իրականում Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ չէ, թեև բերված տվյալները ակնհայտորեն ի ցույց են դրել հակառակը:
Ադրբեջանական թեզի մերկ լինելը փաստելու համար բավարար է ընդամենը երեք վիճակագրական տվյալի բացահայտումը. մինչ Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ կապող միակ՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհն արգելափակելը, 2022թ. նոյեմբեր ամսվա ցուցանիշների համաձայն, ՀՀ-ից Արցախ էր մատակարարվել օրական 380-400 տոննա սննդամթերք և հանրային կարիքների համար նախատեսված այլ ապրանքներ (27 օրում՝ 10.260-10.800 տոննա), «Լաչինի միջանցքով» մեկ ուղղությամբ՝ Հայաստանից Արցախ էր մեկնել օրական միջինը 454 մեքենա (27 օրում՝ 12.258), ավելի քան 1.200 մարդ (27 օրում՝ 32.400): Հատկանշական է, որ հիշյալ ցուցանիշները փոքր են ոչ միայն 2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմին նախորդող ժամանակահատվածի, այլև 120.000-անոց բնակչության միջին մակարդակի բարեկեցությունն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ պահանջարկի համեմատությամբ:
Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները վերոհիշյալ հրապարակմամբ հաստատել են նաև այն, որ 27 օր Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչները զրկված են միջանցքով տեղաշարժվելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ կապի հնարավորությունից, միջանցքում երթևեկել են բացառապես ռուս խաղաղապահները և ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչները:
Այսպիսով, վերը բերված վիճակագրական տվյալները և փաստարկները բավականին խոսուն ու պատկերավոր տեսքով արտացոլում են այն ողջ իրականությունը, որը ներկայումս տիրում է Արցախում և որը միջազգային հանրությունից թաքցնելու համար ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայում Ադրբեջանը:
