Ստեղծված իրավիճակում մեղավոր է նաև Ռուսաստանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
segodnia.ru-ն «Անդրկովկասյան պայմանավորվածություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ, դատելով Հայաստանում և Արցախում տիրող իրավիճակից, Բաքվի գործողություններից, Երևանի անգործությունից և նրանից, որ ինքը՝ Ռուսաստանը, կտրականապես չի ցանկանում ներքաշվել տարածաշրջանային հարցերի մեջ, այնպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ, կարծես թե, Ռուսաստանը ինտենսիվ և համակարգված կերպով ներքաշվում է Անդրկովկասում նոր հակամարտության մեջ։ Բայց նման մեկնաբանությունը լիովին ճիշտ չէ։ Նախ՝ օբյեկտիվորեն Ռուսաստանը հիմա չունի միանգամից երկու ճակատով կռվող ուժ։
Ավաղ, հիմա կայսերական ժամանակները չեն։ Երկրորդ հերթին՝ քաղաքական առումով այժմ Ադրբեջանի հետ վիճելը նշանակում է ինքնաբերաբար վիճել Թուրքիայի հետ, ինչը հղի է վատ հետևանքներով: Երրորդն այն է, որ գերակշռում է Փաշինյանի գործոնը: Հայաստանում զարմանալի սուբստանցիա են «կերել», քանի որ Փաշինյանը անգամ պատերազմում պարտվելուց հետո մնաց իշխանության: Պատմության մեջ նման բան չի եղել, բացի միգուցե Սադամ Հուսեյնից, որը մնաց իշխանության ղեկին 1991 թվականի «Փոթորիկ Անապատում» գործողությունից հետո: Այն ժամանակ Սադամը կորցրեց գրաված Քուվեյթը և փաստացի վերահսկողությունը հյուսիսային, էթնիկապես ոչ արաբական տարածքների վրա (որտեղ ապստամբությունը շարունակվում էր մի քանի տարի), իսկ 15 տարի անց նա կախաղան հանվեց ամերիկացիների վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող խամաճիկների կողմից:
Ի դեպ, կա մեկ այլ օրինակ ևս, և դա, ինչքան էլ տարօրինակ է, Ադրբեջանն է, որտեղ Ալիև ավագը նույնպես պահպանեց իշխանությունը Ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից հետո, բայց նա նախագահ էր դարձել այդ պատերազմի միայն վերջին փուլում։ Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ անելու է, որ Ռուսաստանը վերջնականապես դուրս մղվի Անդրկովկասից։ Դա 100 տոկոսանոց համաձայնագիր է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունների միջև։ Եվ նրանք մեկ խնդիր ունեն՝ ճզմել Ռուսաստանին և Հայաստանը վերջնականապես դնել թուրքադրբեջանական պրոտեկտորատի տակ։
Ուստի, տարօրինակ կերպով, հիմա Ռուսաստանին սադրում է ոչ թե Ադրբեջանը, այլ Հայաստանը։ Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում մեղավոր է նաև Ռուսաստանը։ Հավերժական զիջումներն ու մտահոգությունները հանգեցրել են կանխատեսելի արդյունքի, երբ քեզ հետ այլևս հաշվի չեն նստում։ Եթե ինչ-որ պահի Ռուսաստանը վճռականորեն աջակցեր Փաշինյանի հեռացմանը պատերազմում պարտվելուց անմիջապես հետո, ապա իրավիճակն այլ կլիներ։ Պատմությունը սուբյեկտիվ տրամադրություն չունի, բայց փաստն այն է, որ իրավիճակն իհարկե ավելի վատ չէր լինի, քան հիմա է։
