2023թ. հունվարի 1-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար քաղաքի բնակիչ Թորոս Ղազարյանը, ով զբաղվում է անասնապահությամբ, արոտավայրից տուն չէր վերադարձել, որի կապակցությամբ նախաձեռնվել են որոնողական աշխատանքներ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ԱՀ ԱԱԾ-ն։

Հունվարի մեկից առ այսօր ադրբեջանական կողմը ոչ միայն չէր հաստատել, այլև հերքել էր Թ.Ղազարյանի՝ իրենց տիրապետության տակ գտնվելը:

Ադրբեջանն այսօր հաստատել է Թ.Ղազարյանի՝ իրենց մոտ գտնվելու հանգամանքը և Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհի արգելափակված հատվածում փոխանցել ռուս խաղաղապահներին՝ քաղաքական ու քարոզչական նկատառումներով դրան հաղորդելով այլ երանգներ և տալով ցանկալի մեկնաբանություններ ու գնահատականներ:

Արցախյան կողմին փոխանցված Թ.Ղազարյանը արդեն հետազոտվել է, բժիշկները նրա առողջական վիճակը գնահատել են բավարար: ԱՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում ձեռնարկվելու են բոլոր միջոցները քաղաքացի Թ.Ղազարյանի կողմից Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ հայտնվելու դեպքի հանգամանքները լրիվությամբ պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ադրբեջանական կողմի այսօրվա բեմականացումը մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում է, որ վերջիններիս նպատակը ոչ թե իրականության հետ առերեսվելն ու այն ընդունելն է, այլ միջազգային հանրությանն ու ներքին լսարանին կեղծ թեզերով ու քարոզչական նյութերով մոլորեցնելը:
