Համաշխարհային բանկը մտահոգ է, որ «հետագա աննպաստ ցնցումները» կարող են 2023թ. համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը մատնել ռեցեսիայի, հատկապես խոցելի կլինեն փոքր պետությունները։
Անգամ առանց նոր ճգնաժամի գլոբալ աճն այս տարի «կտրուկ կդանդաղի, ինչը կարտացոլի այն քաղաքականության համաժամանակյա խստացումը, որն ուղղված է շատ բարձր գնաճի զսպմանը, ինչպես նաեւ կարտացոլի ֆինանսական պայմանների վատթարացումը եւ շարունակվող խափանումներն Ուկրաինա Ռուսաստանի ներխուժման պատճառով»,- ասել են Համաշխարհային բանկում։
«Ահրաժեշտ են շտապ գլոբալ եւ ազգային ջանքեր՝ այդպիսի անկման, ինչպես նաեւ ձեւավորվող շուկաներով եւ զարգացող երկրներում (EMDE) պարտքային ճգնաժամի վտանգը մեղմելու համար, որոնցում սպասվում է, որ ներդրումների աճը կմնա վերջին երկու տասնամյակի միջինից ցածր։
«Շատ կարեւոր է, որպեսզի EMDE մարմիններն ապահովեն, որ ցանկացած ֆիսկալ աջակցություն ուղղվի խոցելի խմբերին, որպեսզի գնաճային սպասումները մնան հուսալիորեն ամրագրված, իսկ ֆինանսական համակարգերը շարունակեն լինել կայուն»,- նշվել է հաղորդագրությունում։
Այսպիսի պահանջներ են առաջադրվել ամբողջ աշխարհի կենտրոնական բանկերի կողմից, քանի որ նրանք ագրեսիվորեն բարձրացնում են տոկոսադրույքները, որպեսզի թուլացնեն գնային ճնշումը, այն դեպքում, երբ կառավարություններն աջակցում են ձեռնարկություններին եւ տնային տնտեսություններին՝ զսպելով էներգիայի ծախսերը։
