INTERVIEW
Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հարցազրույց է տվել շվեդական ազգային ռադիոյին՝ ներկայացնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Պատասխանելով ադրբեջանական կողմից ներկայացվող՝ միջանցքի փակման բնապահպանական պատճառների և 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտման մասին հարցին՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նկատել է, որ Ադրբեջանի պնդումները ոչ մեկի համար արժանահավատ չեն հնչում, քանի որ ողջ աշխարհին է հայտնի, որ ավտորիտար երկրում ոչինչ «բնապահպանների պատասխանատվությամբ» տեղի չի ունենում:
«Կարո՞ղ եք հիշել վերջին 10 տարում քանի էկոլոգիական բողոքի ցույց է տեղի ունեցել Ադրբեջանում,-հարցադրում է արել նա:
-Մենք Արցախում մեխանիզիմներ չունենք, որպեսզի ճնշում գործադրենք մի երկրի վրա, որն ստորագրել է միջանցքից ազատ օգտվելու իրավունքը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, իսկ այսօր այն խախտում է:
Մենք պահանջում ենք, որ միջազգային հանրությունը մեզ համար մարդասիրական օդային միջանցքի հնարավորություն ապահովի, որպեսզի կարողանանք սնունդ և առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներ բերել։ Սակայն Ադրբեջանը սա ևս թույլ չի տալիս։
Ուստի մենք սա ընկալում ենք որպես պետական քաղաքականություն, պետական դիրքորոշում, որը շատ հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ նրանք ցանկանում են մեզ բոլորիս դուրս հանել այստեղից և էթնիկ զտում իրականացնել՝ Արցախն առանց հայերի ստանալու համար»։
