Սուրբ Ծննդյան օրով Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն ազդարարեց, Թուրքիայի կողմից իբր դրական քայլի մասին, որը ներկայացվեց հերթական մանանան նիկոլական պատկերացմամբ 29800 քառակուսի կիլոմետրանոց Հայաստանի համար։  Այս մասին գրառում է կատարել ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։

«Նախ թուրքական աղբյուրների տարածած լուրը, հետո արդեն հաստատեց ՀՀ դիգանագիտական գերատեսչությունը, թե Թուրքիան բացել է իր օդային գիծը բեռնափոխադրումների համար։ Ավելին՝ պաշտոնական Երեւանը ինչ-որ հույսեր է փայփայում, թե մնացյալ պատմանավորվածությունները եւս կկատարվեն։

Մնացյալն էլ անորոշ, իսկ խորքում Սյունիքին հարված հասցնող երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար հայ-թուրքական սահմանը բացելու խոստումն է։ (Սա առանձին թեմա է, որին արդեն բազմիցս անդրադարձել ենք)։ Իսկ ինչ խոստացավ Թուրքիան, իրականում իր տնտեսությանը եւս մեկ խթան հաղորդող աննշան քայլ, որով այն ապրանքները, որոնք Հայաստան էին գալիս ուղեւորատար ինքնաթիռներով ու բեռնատարներով, կարող են բերել առանձին օդանավերով. տնտեսական չնչին միջոցների ավելացում։ Բայց այս ամենն ի գին Արցախի ու շրջափակված Արցախի։ Թուրքիայի կողմից աշտոնապես խրախուսված եւ արտգործնախարարի շուրթերով արդարացված Լաչինի փակված միջանցքի պարագայում, ՀՀ իշխանությունները մոռանում են այդ ամենը, իրենց իսկ գովերգած հրճվանքով միջազգային հանրության առջև սպիտակեցնում նույն ագրեսիայի, նույն բլոկադայի կազմակերպիչ, ակտիվ մասնակից Թուրքիային։

ՈՒ իրականում հերթական անգամ փաստվում է՝ հայ-թուրքական իբր ընթացող բանակցությունները շարունակում են մնալ նախապայմաններով լեցուն, դրանցից մեկի ականատեսը եղանք նախօրեին։ Արցախի հարց, Արցախի իրավունքների հարց այս իշխանության համար գույություն չունի։ Կարեւորը՝ մի քանի օլիգարխների առեւտրային ախորժակներն ու են փողը։ Այդպես մի քանի կոպեկի համար, Արցախի շրջափակման պայմաններում Հայաստանի օդը սրանք բաց են պահում անգամ Նախիջեւանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միվեւ ինքնաթիռային կապի համար»,- գրել է նա։
