Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը հրապարակել է դատավոր Աննա Փիլոսյանի վերաբերյալ որոշման ամբողջական տեքստը , եւ այդ փաստով ԲԴԽ-ի առջեւ վարույթը համարվում է ավարտված։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

«Որոշման ամբողջական տեքստի հետ ծանոթանալով՝ է՛լ ավելի շատ է հիմնավորվում մեր դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ գործ ունենք կամայականության անթաքույց դեպքի հետ։

Այս գործն ունի երկու հարթություն՝ անհատական եւ հանրային։ Անհատական մակարդակում մենք օգտագործելու ենք իրավունքների պաշտպանության մեզ հասու բոլոր միջոցները՝ թե՛ ներպետական եւ թե՛ վերպետական։ Գիտակցում ենք, որ գործընթացը երկար է տեւելու, սակայն վերջնարդյունքում հաջողությանը չենք կասկածում (պայմանով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակելու է գոյություն ունենալ):

Ինչ վերաբերում է հանրային հարթությանը, ապա որեւէ կերպ դրանով չեմ զբաղվելու՝ էթիկական նկատառումներով։ Որպես իրավապաշտպան՝ զբաղվել եւ զբաղվում եմ ապօրինի, հատկապես քաղաքական հետապնդման ենթարկվող տասնյակ քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ դատավորների գործերով։ Սակայն ընտանիքիս անդամի գործով իրավապաշտպանական հարթությամբ զբաղվելը չեմ կարող ճիշտ համարել - եթե կան մարդիկ, որոնք այս գործը կհամարեն կարեւոր հանրային հարց, թող իրենք էլ զբաղվեն խնդրի հանրային բարձրաձայնմամբ, իրավասու միջազգային կառույցներին դիմումների հասցեագրմամբ։ Եթե կան մասնագիտական կառույցներ, որոնք այս գործը կհամարեն դատավորի անկախության ու անփոփոխելիության նկատմամբ անթաքույց ոտնձգություն, թող իրենք էլ հանդես գան հայտարարություններով. ես դա չեմ նախաձեռնելու։ Եթե կան քաղաքական կառույցներ, որոնք այս գործը կհամարեն դատավորի ընտանիքի անդամի (իմ) գործունեության պատճառով քաղաքական հետապնդման դրսեւորում, թող իրենք էլ հանդես գան հայտարարություններով. ես դա չեմ նախաձեռնելու»,- գրել է նա։
