Սիսիանում նոր ընտրություններ կլինեն. «Ապրելու երկիրը» պահեց իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը

Մարտի 26-ին Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան համայնքում անցկացվելու են ավագանու նոր ընտրություններ: «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը չհաջողվեց զավթել իշխանությունը, շնորհիվ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի սկզբունքային դիրքորոշման։ Հիշեցնենք՝ սեպտեմբերի 25–ին անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում անցողիկ շեմը հաղթահարած քաղաքական 5 ուժերից ոչ մեկին չի հաջողվել 50 տոկոսից ավելի ձայն ստանալ։
Սիսիանում մանդատների ընդհանուր թիվը 21–ն է։ Մանդատները բաշխվել էին հետևյալ կերպ. «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ստացել էր 8, «Աշխատանք և արդարությունը»՝ 5, «Ապրելու երկիրը»՝ 4, «Մեկ Հայաստան» և «Հանուն հանրապետության ժողովրդավարության պաշտպանների դաշինք» կուսակցություններն էլ՝ 2–ական մանդատ։ Հոկտեմբերի 12-ին նորընտիր ավագանու առաջին նիստում համայնքի ղեկավար էր ընտրվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Հակոբջանյանը: Ընդ որում, նրան հաջողվել էր ընդամենը 9 քվե ստանալ, և իշխանական խմբակցությունն իր տխրահռչակ թեկնածուին ընտրել էր համայնքապետ։
Սիսիանում «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի թեկնածու Արա Զաքարյանը հայտարարել էր, թե անթույլատրելի և անընդունելի է նման կերպ համայնքապետ ընտրել, իսկ խմբակցությունն առաջինն էր վայր դրել մանդատները։ Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին և 18-ին նշանակված ավագանու արտահերթ նիստերը՝ համայնքի ղեկավարի երդման արարողություն անցկացնելու օրակարգով, քվորում չլինելու պատճառով չէին կայացել, և Արմեն Հակոբջանյանը չէր ստանձնել համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները:
Ի վերջո, ընդդիմադիր մյուս ուժերը ևս հետևել էին «Ապրելու երկիր. կուսակցության սկզբունքային օրինակին, հաժարվել մանդատներից։ «Քաղպայմանագրին» և «Հանուն հանրապետության» կուսակցությանը չէր հաջողվել քվորում ապահովել, և «համայնքապետը» հրաժարական էր տվել։
Փաստենք, որ Սիսիանում իշխանազավթում հնարավոր չեղավ իրականացնել հենց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության ջանքերով, մյուս ուժերն էլ գիտակցեցին, թե իշխող ուժն իրենց ցանկանում է ներքաշել կեղտոտ և անպտուղ խաղի մեջ։ Արդեն մարտի 26-ին նոր ու բուռն պայքար է սպասվում։ Վստահաբար, սիսիանցին այս անգամ ճիշտ ընտրություն կկատարի, և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» թույլ չի տա կրկին իշխանություն զավթելու փորձ կատարել։
