ՌԴ ՆԳՆ-ն պահանջում է, որ Այվազովսկու կտավը, այնուամենայնիվ, հանվի բրիտանական աճուրդից

Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունն Ինտերպոլի միջոցով հարցում է ուղարկել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իրավապահ մարմիններին և պնդում է աճուրդից հանել Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու «Գիշերը Կահիրեում» կտավը, հայտնել է նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ելենա Ալեքսեևան։ Գերատեսչության տվյալներով՝ կտավը գողացվել է 1997-ին Մոսկվայում՝ մասնավոր հավաքածուից, գրում է РИА Новости-ն։
«Ինտերպոլի ռուսական բյուրոն շարունակում է ձեռնարկել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ Այվազովսկու կտավը նրա օրինական սեփականատիրոջը վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Այժմ Ինտերպոլի բյուրոն սպասում է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իրավապահ մարմինների պատասխանին»,- նշել է Ալեքսեևան։
Ավելի վաղ Sotheby's աճուրդի տան ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել էր, որ տեղյակ է Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների դիմումից, սակայն չունի տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ աշխատանքն իսկապես գողացվել է։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Այվազովսկու կտավը կվաճառվի 2015թ. հունիսի 2-ին։
«Գիշերը Կահիրեում» նկարը խոստանում է լինել ամենաթանկ նմուշներից մեկը երեկոյի ընթացքում։ Նրա նախնական արժեքը 1.5-2 մլն ֆունտ ստերլինգ է։
Գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչը հայտնել է, որ կտավի սեփականատերը, ումից գողացել են այն, վաճառքից կստանա տոկոսներ և չունի պահանջներ։ Կտավի վերաբերյալ պահանջներ չի ներկայացրել նաև Մշակույթի նախարարությունը։
