Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները և կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները  այսօր ՝  հունվարի 4-ին, հանդիպումներ են ունեցել Ասկերանի շրջանի Խաչմաչ, Կարմիր գյուղ, Շոշ, Սարուշեն, ինչպես նաև Մարտունու շրջանի  Կարմիր շուկա  համայնքներ:

Արցախի Հանրային հեռուստատեսության փոխանցմամբ՝ չնայած շրջափակման հետևանքով Խաչմաչի բնակիչները չեն հուսահատվում:
 
«Ես սիրում եմ իմ հայրենի գյուղը, իմ Արցախը և երբեք չեմ լքի: Կգոյատևենք ու կպայքարենք միայն թե խաղաղություն լինի»,-ասել է Խաչմաչի բնակչուհի Ելիզավետա Մնացականյանը:
 
Գյուղի բնակիչ Նորայր Խաչատրյանի խոսքով՝ շրջափակման հետևանքով թեթևակի խնդիրներ են ստեղծվել, սակայն դիմակայում են:
 
«Այստեղ ենք ծնվել, այստեղ էլ ապրելու ենք»,-ընդգծել է նա:
 
Համայնքների բնակչության  հիմնական մտահոգությունը վերաբերում է շրջափակման հետ կապված անորոշությանն ու ապագային:
 
Օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանության հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում նրանց հարցերի առաջին շարքում են եղել նաև ներկրվող մթերքի,  դիզվառելիքի ու բենզինի  պակասն  ու դրանով պայմանավորված խնդիրները:
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Կասյանի տեղեկատվությամբ՝ հանդիպումների ընթացքում  ծանոթացել են ժողովրդին հուզող հարցերին գրառել և այդ առաջարկությունները կներկայացնեն օպերատիվ շտաբին:
 
«Այստեղ կան առաջարկներ, որոնք անպայման օպերատիվ շտաբում պիտի քննարկվեն և դրանց դրական լուծումներ տրվեն»,-ասել է Վլ.Կասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նման այցերի շրջանակում տեղում են ծանոթանում ժողովրդի հոգսերին
