Արցախի օպերատիվ շտաբի նիստում բնակչության առաջնային կարիքների ապահովման հարցեր են քննարկվել

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր՝ հունվարի 3-ին, տեղի ունեցած շտաբի նիստում քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շարունակվող շրջափակման պայմաններում բնակչության կենսագործունեության եւ առաջնային կարիքների ապահովմանը վերաբերող հարցեր. հայտնում է Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը։ 

Պետնախարարին զեկուցվել  է պարենային ապրանքների, դեղորայքի, բենզինի եւ դիզելային վառելիքի շուկաներում ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, ներկայացվել են  խնդիրները:

Նշվել է, որ բնակչության առաջնային կարիքների ապահովման համար պետական պահուստային պաշարներից որոշ ապրանքատեսակների մատակարարում կիրականացվի խանութներին: Պետնախարարը կարեւորել է ապրանքատեսակների համաչափ բաշխումը, որպեսզի բնակչությունը հնարավորություն ունենա դրանք ձեռք բերել բոլոր խանութներից:

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ստեղծված իրավիճակում  ընդգծել է նաեւ  բնակչության հետ ուղիղ շփումների կարեւորությունը եւ հանձնարարել Օպերատիվ շտապի մի խումբ անդամների, ԱԺ ժողովի պատգամավորների հետ միասին, հանդիպումներ ունենալ շրջաններում եւ համայնքներում՝ բնակչությանը տեղեկացնելու համար իրավիճակի, Արցախի իշխանությունների եւ Օպերատիվ շտաբի կողմից  իրականացվող քայլերի ու ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումների մասին:

«Կարեւոր է, որպեսզի բնակչությունը հենց առաջին ձեռքից իմանա թե՛ իրավիճակի, թե՛ կատարվող աշխատանքների մասին: Դա կօգնի նրանց ավելի լավ հասկանալ  իրավիճակը եւ,  անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, մասնակից լինել խնդիրների լուծմանը, ինչպես նաեւ տուրք չտալ ադրբեջանական ապատեղեկատվությանը»,-ընդգծել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
