Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ցուցարարների շարքերում հարբած մարդիկ կան: Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետ Հունան Պողոսյանը` իրավապահների մի մեծ խմբով շրջելով ցուցարարների շարքերում:
«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի տեղեկացմամբ` Պողոսյանը «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության խոսնակ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի հետ առանձնազրույցում նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է հեռացնել ալկոհոլ օգտագործած անձանց: Դավիթ Սանասարյան էլ իր հերթին խնդրեց փոխոստիկանապետին ցույց տալ նրանց, և պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց օգնել ոստիկանությանը ալկոհոլ օգտագործած մարդկանց ցուցարարների շարքերից հեռացնելու հարցում:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետերի գլխավորությամբ իրավապահների խումբը պտույտ գործեց ցուցարարների շրջանում եւ անցավ բարիկադ ծառայող աղբամաններից այն կողմ:
Ոստիկանությունը բանակցությունների արդյունքում ցուցարարներին թույլատրեց որոշ ժամանակ օգտագործել բարձրախոսները: Մինչ այդ, ցուցարարները հրաժարվոմ էին հեռացնել բարձրախոսները աղբամանների վրայից: Ոստիկանները փորձեցին միջամտել ու հեռացնել դրանք, որից հետո ցուցարարները փակեցին դեպի բարձրախոսները շտապող ոստիկանների ճանապարհը: Նրանք ոստիկաններին թույլ չէին տալիս անցնել, ինչից հետո ցուցարարների միջև քաշքշուկ սկսվեց, որը շատ արագ հարթվեց:
Հայաստանի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 17-ին որոշում էկայացրել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնել 6,93 դրամով: Հունիսի 19-ին Երևանի կենտրոնում` Ազատության հրապարակում, մեկնարկել է բողոքի ակցիա` հանրահավաք, այնուհետև` նստացույց: Ակցիայի մասնակիցները հունիսի 22-ին շարժվել են դեպի Բաղրամյան պողոտա` չենթարկվելով` հասարակական կարգը չխախտելու ոստիկանության հորդորներին: Ոստիկանությունը ջրցան մեքենաների կիրառմամբ հունիսի 23-ի առավոտյան ցրել է ակցիան: Արդյունքում 237 մարդ բերման են ենթարկվել, 25-ը դիմել են բժիշկնե րի օգնությանը: Հունիսի 23-իերեկոյան կրկին հավաք է անցկացվել Ազատության հրապարակում՝ վերածվելով երթի կրկին դեպի Բաղրամյան պողոտա, որտեղ էլ մի քանի օր նստացույց է անցկացվել: Ակցիայի մասնակիցները պահանջում էին չեղյալ հայտարարել սակագնի բարձրացման որոշումը:
ՀՀ Նախագահի` հունիսի 27-ի հայտարարությունից հետո, ըստ որի` մինչև միջազգային աուդիտի ավարտը կառավարությունն իր վրա կվերցնի սակագնի բարձրացման բեռը, նախաձեռնության անդամները որոշեցին դադարեցնել նստացույցը Բաղրամյան պոոտայում`տեղափոխվելով Ազատության հրապարակ: Բաղրամյան պողոտայում մնաց մի հատված միայն, որը թելադրվում է քաղաքական տարբեր ուժերի կողմից:
