Արդյունավետության ռեկորդ սահմանվել է սիլիկոնապերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցների համար

Hightech.fm-ը գրում է, որ սիլիցիումից և պերովսկիտից կազմված արևային մարտկոցի համաշխարհային ռեկորդ է սահմանել՝ 32,5% արդյունավետություն։ Մշակման մասին հայտնել է Բեռլինի Հեմհոլցի նյութերի և էներգիայի կենտրոնի մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Իտալիայի European Solar Test Installation (ESTI) հավաստագրման ինստիտուտը հաստատել է տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցի ռեկորդային արդյունավետության ձեռքբերումը: Սարքը, որի ստորին տարրը սիլիցիում է, իսկ վերին տարրը պերովսկիտ, ներթափանցող արեգակնային ճառագայթման 32,5%-ը վերածում է էլեկտրական էներգիայի։
Բեռլինի Հեմհոլցի նյութերի և էներգիայի կենտրոնի հետազոտողները օգտագործել են պերովսկիտի առաջադեմ կազմ՝ ինտերֆեյսի խելացի փոփոխությամբ: Այն նվազեցնում է լիցքի կրիչների ռեկոմբինացիոն կորուստը: Գիտնականները մանրամասն վերլուծություն են կատարել, որպեսի հասկանան ինտերֆեյսի փոփոխության հատուկ հատկությունները: Այդ զարգացումները այնուհետև հաջողությամբ ներդրվել են տանդեմային արևային բջիջներում:
Արեգակնային մարտկոցի կառուցվածքի սխեման հետևյալն է: Վերին բջիջը կարող է փոխակերպել արևի լույսի սպեկտրի կապույտ ալիքները, ստորինը՝ կարմիրը և ինֆրակարմիրը։ Տարբեր բարակ շերտերն օգնում են օպտիմալ օգտագործել լույսը և նվազագույնի հասցնել էլեկտրականության կորուստները:
Հեղինակները նշում են, որ նոր ինտերֆեյսը և օպտիկական փոփոխությունները հնարավորություն են տվել ստանալ ամենաբարձր ֆոտոլարումները (բաց շրջանի լարումը) և որը հանգեցրել է տանդեմային տեխնոլոգիայի արդյունավետության նոր ռեկորդի:
Հետազոտողները նշում են, որ այս երկու տարրերի հիման վրա արևային վահանակների տեխնոլոգիայի ակտիվ զարգացման մասին վկայում են մեկը մյուսի հետևից հաջորդող ձեռքբերումները։ Միայն 2021 թվականի վերջին գերմանացի գիտնականներին հաջողվել էր հասնել 29,8% արդյունավետության, այս տարվա ամռանը Շվեյցարիայի հետազոտողներն առաջին անգամ հաղթահարել էին 30%-ի նշագիծը, իսկ վեց ամիս անց կրկին նոր ռեկորդ է սահմանվել Գերմանիայում:
