Քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարաբերությունների ակադեմիայի դոցենտ Պավել Ֆելդմանը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի և արևմտյան երկրների հարաբերություններն արդեն հասել են անվերադարձ կետի, ռազմավարական գործընկերության վերսկսումը քիչ հավանական է, գրում է Lenta.ru-ն։
Փորձագետը հիշեցրել է, որ եվրոպական երկրները փոխարինող են փնտրում ռուսական էներգառեսուրսներին, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանն ինքը ձգտում է ձեռք բերել տեխնոլոգիական ինքնիշխանություն և ավելի ու ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում ասիական շուկաներին։
«2022 թվականը հստակ ցույց տվեց, որ ներքին տնտեսությունն ունի անվտանգության սահման, որը բավարար է գոյատևելու և նույնիսկ զարգանալու համար Արևմուտքի հետ երկարատև հակամարտության համատեքստում», - ասել է Ֆելդմանը:
Քաղաքագետը հիշել է նաև, որ 2023 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ում կսկսվի նախագահական մրցավազքը, իսկ որոշ եվրոպական երկրներում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ կանցկացվեն։ Ֆելդմանը կարծում է, որ այնտեղ իշխանության կգան աջ պահպանողականները կամ պրագմատիկները, ովքեր աջակցում են Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսությանը։
Փորձագետը նշել է, որ եթե անգամ Ուկրաինայում հակամարտությունը ավարտվի, Արևմուտքի քաղաքականության հակառուսական կողմնորոշումը կմնա նույնը, լավագույն դեպքում ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները լայնածավալ միջուկային ծրագիր սկսելու (պատերազմի) պատրաստակամություն կհայտնեն։ Ֆելդմանի կարծիքով՝ Ռուսաստանը պետք է արհամարհի արևմտյան երկրների ներքաղաքական գզվռտոցները և գնա իր ճանապարհով՝ առանց ԱՄՆ-ի կամ Եվրամիության վերնախավերի հնարավոր փոփոխության պատրանքների:
Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ Արևմուտքին սպասվում է թեժ ընտրական շրջան՝ բոլոր քրոնիկ հիվանդությունները կսրվեն հասարակության մեջ։ «Որոշակի փուլում Արևմուտքը պարզապես «թքած կունենա» Ռուսաստանի վրա», - կարծիք է հայտնել Ֆելդմանը։
