Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ամանորյա ուղերձ է հղել․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

2023թ.-ը դիմավորում ենք արտակարգ պայմաններում: Անցնող տարվա ամբողջ ընթացքում Արցախի Հանրապետության խաղաղ բնակչության հանդեպ իրականացված բազմաթիվ ագրեսիաներից ու սադրանքներից բացի, Ադրբեջանը դեկտեմբերի 12-ին նաև փակեց Արցախը Մայր Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ մեզ կանգնեցնելով նոր մարտահրավերների առջև:

Տարաբնույթ դժվարություններն ու փորձությունները հաղթահարելու ճանապարհին մեր ժողովուրդը դարձավ ավելի ուժեղ ու ամրակուռ՝ մեկ անգամ ևս վերահաստատելով սեփական հողի վրա ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու, արարելու կամքն ու վճռականությունը:

Մեր ժողովուրդը նման զրկանքների պակաս չի ունեցել դարերի և հատկապես վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում, սակայն կարողացել է վճռական ու միասնական պայքարի միջոցով հաղթահարել մարտահրավերները: Ուստի, վստահ եմ, որ այս ծանրագույն ճգնաժամն էլ ենք անցնելու պատվով:

Թանկագի՛ն բարեկամներ,

Այս տոնական օրը ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ձեզ՝ միմյանց սատարելու և առկա մարտահրավերներին արժանապատվորեն դիմագրավելու համար:

Ամանորի այս գիշերը մեր շատ ընտանիքներ կիսված են: Ուզում եմ ներողություն խնդրել հատկապես այն երեխաներից, ովքեր հեռու են գտնվում ծնողներից՝ Արցախի կյանքի ճանապարհը բացելու նպատակով մեր կողմից գործադրված ջանքերի դեռևս անարդյունավետության համար:

Ուզում եմ հիշենք և մեր խոնարհումը բերենք Հայրենիքի նվիրյալների հիշատակին. այն կարող ենք վառ պահել միայն հայկական Արցախով, Արցախում ապրելով և պայքարելով: Համոզված եղեք, որ, հայրենիքի այս գողտրիկ անկյունում ապրելով ու ծառացող դժվարությունները հերոսաբար հաղթահարելով, մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը յուրովի կարևոր առաքելություն է կատարում՝ հանուն հայ ժողովրդի լինելության և նրա ապագայի:

Ուզում եմ նաև խորին երախտագիտություն հայտնել մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին Մայր Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մեզ հետ են, մեր կողքին, իրենց աջակցությունն ու զորակցությունն են ցուցաբերում Արցախին այս դժվարին օրերին:

Խաղաղություն, բարօրություն, վճռականություն, հույս ու հավատ բոլորիս:

Շնորհավոր Ամանոր և Սուրբ Ծնունդ»։
