ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի հայտարարությունը Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ մամուլի համար չի ընդունվել Ֆրանսիայի մոտեցման պատճառով: Այս մասին ասել է ՄԱԿ-ում ՌԴ ներկայացուցչի առաջին տեղակալ Դմիտրի Պոլյանսկին։

«Չեմ կարող չնշել բացարձակապես կեղծ տեղեկատվության ներկայացումը, թե ինչու ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը չի ընդունել մամուլի համար հայտարարություն Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ»,- գրել է Պոլյանսկին Telegram-ի իր ալիքում։

Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մշտական ​​առաքելությունն ի սկզբանե վճռական է եղել կառուցողական աշխատելու Անվտանգության խորհրդի արձագանքը մշակելու համատեքստում։

«Երևանի խնդրանքով այս գործընթացը համակարգվել է ֆրանսիացիների կողմից, որոնք անտեսել են մեր առաջարկների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով Անվտանգության խորհրդի մյուս անդամների ուղղումները»,- ընդգծել է դիվանագետը։

«Եվ դա չնայած այն բանին, որ, ի տարբերություն արևմտյան երկրների, մենք ոչ թե խոսքով, այլ գործով ենք զբաղվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ, այդ թվում՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ»,- հավելեց նա։

Ինչպես նշել է Պոլյանսկին, ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովում են անվտանգությունը և կողմերի հետ շփումներում վիճահարույց հարցերի լուծումներ փնտրում։

«Անկախ ներկայիս սրացումից, ամենաբարձր մակարդակով չորս համատեղ հայտարարությունները, որոնց աջակցում են և՛ Բաքուն, և՛ Երևանը, մնում են որպես կարգավորման հիմք։ Հայտարարության վրա աշխատելիս մեր նախկին արևմտյան գործընկերները համարձակություն չգտան նշելու այս փաստաթղթերը և ռուս խաղաղապահների ջանքերը»,- գրել է Պոլյանսկին։

Նրա խոսքով, «Արեւմուտքի ներկայացուցիչներն ավելի շատ մտահոգված էին Անվտանգության խորհրդի որեւէ պրոդուկտի ընդունմամբ, քան կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակի կարգավորմամբ»։ «Մենք խորապես համոզված ենք, որ Անվտանգության խորհրդի արձագանքը պետք է նպաստի փոխզիջում գտնելուն և խաղաղ գործընթացի վերսկսմանը` առանց կողմերից որևէ մեկին պիտակավորելու»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցչի առաջին տեղակալը։

«Անձամբ ես իսկապես ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ մեր հայ ընկերները թույլ չեն տա իրենց ներքաշել անբարեխիղճ աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղերի մեջ՝ հանուն նրանց, որոնք չեն վարանում որևէ պատրվակ օգտագործել ԽՍՀՄ-ում միասին ապրած եղբայրական ժողովուրդներին մղելու իրար դեմ և նույնիսկ չնչին հակասությունները ուռճացնելու համար»,- հավելեց նա:
