Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ Տարեմուտի նախաշեմին յուրաքանչյուրս ամփոփում է անցնող տարվա ձեռքբերումները, վերարժևորում ունեցածն ու նախանշում անելիքները: Անցնող տարին բարդ ու մարտահրավերներով լի էր ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև ողջ հայության համար:
2022 թվ0ականին տեսանելի և շոշափելի աշխատանք է կատարվել ինչ-որ չափով թեթևացնելու 2020 թ աշնանային արյունոտ պատերազմի զրկանքներն իրենց ուսերին կրած մեր համերկրացիների հոգսը:
ԱՀ խորհրդարանն անցած տարվա ընթացքում նույնպես հավատարիմ է մնացել իր ստանձնած առաքելությանը: Բոլոր օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները, հայտարարությունները և Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունների գործունեությունը միտված էին միմիայն Արցախի Հանրապետության և ժողովրդի շահերին Ճակատագրորեն մեզ վիճակված հայրենիքում պայքարել և դիմակայել ենք բազում փորձությունների։Այսօր էլ շարունակում ենք դիմագրավել աշխարհաքաղաքական լրջագույն մարտահրավերներին: Արցախի ժողովուրդը կանգնած է գոյաբանական և ապրելու իրավունքի իրացման խնդրի առջև:
Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով մեր ժողովուրդը գտնվում է հումանիտար աղետի շեմին: Թանկագի´ն հայրենակիցներ Լիահույս եմ՝ Աստծո օրհնությամբ ու հավատով լցված կհաղթահարենք այս ճգնաժամը ևս: Կարևորում եմ նոր իրավիճակի ու առկա մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու մեր հայրենակիցների ջանքերի մեկտեղումը, համայն հայության կարողությունները ազգային պետական շահերին ուղղելու անհրաժեշտությունը: 2023թ․ ակնկալիքներն ավելին են. մեզ սպասում են բազում խնդիրներ, որոնց լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ է ուժերի մեկտեղում՝ ի սպաս և ի նպաստ բոլորիս:
Դժվարություններով և փորձություններով անցած 2022 թվականից քաղած դասերը, արձանագրած փոքրաթիվ ձեռքբերումները թող գալիք տարին նոր ուժով ու ոգևորությամբ սկսելու հնարավորություն տան: Բարեկեցություն, բարօրություն, անխախտ խաղաղություն և անկոտրում ոգի եմ մաղթում բոլորիս:
