Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր Գյուղատնտեսության ու Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածների նախարարությունների աշխատակազմերին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ նախարարներին:
Ներկայացնելով գյուղատնտեսության նորանշանակ նախարար Հրանտ Սաֆարյանին, ով մինչ այս Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի տնօրենն էր, պետնախարարը ընդգծել է շրջափակման պայմաններում հիմնադրամի և նրա ղեկավարի շուրջօրյա ծանրաբեռնված աշխատանքը: Նա նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Առստամյանին՝ այս բարդ փուլում պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու և ոլորտը ղեկավարելու համար:
«Ոլորտային բարեփոխումները շարունակվելու են, և Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունն ու Գյուղի և գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամը պետք է սերտ աշխատանք իրականացնեն, որպեսզի ապահովենք զարգացումը: Հիմնադրամը դարձնելու ենք ոլորտի շարժիչ ուժը, որովհետև գյուղատնտեսությունը մեր երկրի ռազմավարական ուղղություններից մեկն է»,- ասել է պետնախարարը:
Ներկայացնելով Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նորանշանակ նախարար Սուրեն Գալստյանին՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է նախարարության դերը, որի համակարգման ներքո են գտնվում մի շարք կարևոր ուղղություններ: Նա նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վարդան Բեգլարյանին՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի համար:
Պետնախարարը նկատել է, որ շրջափակումը թեև փոխել է նոր կառավարության ձևավորման ու նախատեսված կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների ընթացքը, բայց սահմանված նպատակներն ու առաջնահերթությունները մնում են նույնը: «Արդյունավետ կառավարման, արդարության վերականգնմանն ուղղված համառ աշխատանքներով շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարը»- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:
