 Ինչո՞ւ երեխային չի կարելի նստել գորտի դիրքով

Շատ հաճախ, ծնողները լսում են ֆիզիոթերապևտներից, որ չի կարելի երեխային թողնել նստի գորտի դիրքով: Դա այն դիրքն է, երբ հետույքը գտնվում է ոտքերի միջև, իսկ կրունկներն առանձնացած են: Թե ինչու է վտանգավոր այդ դիրքը, կեցվածքը և ինչպես հետ վարժեցնել երեխային՝ կիմանաք մեր այս նյութում:

Գորտի դիրքը հետևյալ տեսքն ունի. Երեխան նստում է հատակին, նրա հետույքը գտնվում է ծալված ոտքերի ծնկների արանքում, և ոտնաթաթերն ուղղված են դեպի դուրս: Եթե երեխային նայեք վերևից՝ նրա ոտքերն ասես անգլերեն W տառը ձևավորած լինեն: Յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի մոտ կարող է զարգանալ նման դիրքով նստելու սովորություն: Այս դիրքը հարմար է խաղալու համար, քանի որ երեխան ստիպված չի լինում ջանք գործադրել հավասարակշռությունը պահպանելու համար, երբ զբաղված է խաղալիքներով:

Ինչո՞վ է վտանգավոր այս դիրքը

Այս դիրքում, այս կեցվածքով երեխան հնարավորություն չի ունենում ակտիվ շարժվել ամբողջ մարմնով, ազատ թեքվել մի կողմից մյուս կողմ: Այսպես, նրա համար շատ դժվար է վերցնել այն խաղալիքները, որոնց հասնելու համար նրանք պետք է ձգվեն: Երեխայի համար շատ կարևոր է սովորել կրել մարմնի ծանրությունը և ազատ պտտել մարմինը, որպեսզի զարգանան կյանքի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող հմտությունները, հավասարակշռության պահպանումը: Երկկողմանի կոորդինացիան դանդաղ կզարգանա: Այս դեպքում երեխայի մոտ հետագայում կարող են առաջանալ խնդիրներ նկարելու կարողության հետ, գրելու, պարանով ցատկելու, գնդակ նետելու կարողությունների հետ:

Գորտի դիրքը նաև կարող է առաջացնել ազդրերի մկանների կրճատում և կարծրացում, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել այն բանին, որ երեխան կսկսի քայլել դեպի դուրս ուղղված թաթերով, և մեծ տարիքում կմեծանա մեջքի և ողնաշարի ցավերի հավանականությունը: Նախադպրոցականների մոտ, հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ այս դիրքը հանգեցնում է երկկողմանի հարթաթաթության:

Ի՞նչ անել

Եթե ձեր երեխան հաճախ է այս դիրքով նստում, խնդիրը կարող է լինել նրա մկանների թերզարգացած լինելու մեջ, ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել վատ կեցվածքի, զարգացման դանդաղեցման, այլ մկանների չափից դուրս աճին: Ի՞նչ կարելի է անել նրա կեցվածքն ուղղելու համար: Առաջինը և կարևորը՝ ստիպեք երեխային, հատակին նստել այլ դիրքերով. Նրա հետ միասին նստեք «ատքերը կողքից» դիրքով, նստեք առաջ ուղղված ոտքերով, ցածր աթոռակի կամ նստարանի վրա:

Եթե ձեր երեխան դժվարանում է բացի գորտի դիրքից այլ դիրքով նստել հետույքի վրա, անհրաժեշտ է դիմել ֆիզիոթերապևտի: Նա խորհուրդ կտա ձեզ, թե ինչպես շտկել կեցվածքը, և կպարզի, արդյոք երեխան խնդիրներ ունի մկանների հետ: Ծնողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի երեխաների մոտ զարգանա այս սովորությունը:
