Արցախում ռուս «խաղաղապահների» գործունեության վերաբերյալ ՌԴ ՊՆ հերթական հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ «ռուս խաղաղապահների հրամանատարությունը շարունակում է բանակցային գործընթացը հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի հետ՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ճանապարհով ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի անխոչընդոտ շարժը վերսկսելու վերաբերյալ»:
Միջանցք բառը, որը քաղաքական-իրավական կարգավիճակ է ենթադրում եւ արձանագրված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի թղթում, հաղորդագրության մեջ արդեն փոխարինված է ճանապարհ բառով։ Նշենք, որ ՌԴ-ն մինչ այժմ պաշտոնապես չի պահանջել բացել միջանցքը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է բանակցություններ անցկացնելուն, դա նշանակում է զիջումների պարտադրում հայերին։
Ամեն անգամ, երբ ռուսներն Արցախում Բաքվի հետ ձեռնարկում են հերթական ոճրագործությունը, հաղորդագրություններում փոխվում են նաեւ համապատասխան եզրերն ու ձեւակերպումները։ Միջանցք եզրի բացառումը տվյալ դեպքում հաստատում է այն պնդումները, ըստ որոնց ՌԴ-ն փոխում է միջանցքի ռեժիմը, եւ արդեն ճանապարհը, Ալիեւին Պուտինի շնորհած իրավունքով, պատրաստվում հանձնել Բաքվին։ Սկզբի համար կտեղադրվեն երկու համատեղ անցակետեր, որից հետո ռուսները դուրս կգան այդտեղից։ Միջանցքի շրջափակման Մոսկվա-Բաքու ակտը եւ պաշտոնական Երեւանի մասնակցությամբ բեմադրվող տեսարանները, ներառյալ ռուսների համար մանդատ մուրալն ու քաղաքական խնդիրը հումանիտարով նենգափոխելը, այդ նպատակն ունեն։
