Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկի հետ չի խոսի Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու առաջարկած «խաղաղության բանաձևի» հիման վրա, ակնհայտ է, որ Կիևն ինքը պատրաստ չէ երկխոսություն։

Ինչպես գրում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի՝-ն, Լավրովը կարծում է, որ ուկրաինական կողմը պատրաստ չէ երկխոսության, քանի որ Զելենսկին առաջ է քաշում տարբեր գաղափարներ և «խաղաղության բանաձևեր», դրանով իսկ «փայփայում» է արևմտյան պետությունների օգնությամբ Դոնբասի, Ղրիմի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերից ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերմանը հասնելու, ինչպես նաև ռուսական կողմից վճարումներ, փոխհատուցումներ, միջազգային տրիբունալներում խոստովանություններ ստանալու պատրանքը։

«Իհարկե, նման պայմաններում մենք ոչ մեկի հետ չենք խոսի»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական բանակցությունների մի քանի փուլերը ցույց են տվել, որ հնարավոր է գտնել փոխընդունելի համաձայնություններ, սակայն երկխոսության գործընթացը ցույց է տվել «Զելենսկու մոտ որոշումների կայացման հարցում ցանկության իսպառ բացակայությունը»։

Ավելի վաղ Զելենսկին հայտարարել էր, որ 2023 թվականը վճռորոշ է լինելու Ռուսաստանի հետ հակամարտությունում։
