ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննության արդյունքում պարզվել են Ճամբարակ քաղաքում գործող ռեստորանային համալիրում զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու, ինչպես նաև՝ ոստիկանների օրինական ծառայողական գործունեությանը միջամտելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2022թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ին 36-ամյա տղամարդը Ճամբարակ քաղաքի 42-ամյա բնակչի հրավերով գնացել է վերոհիշյալ փողոցում գտնվող ռեստորանային համալիր, որտեղ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, իր ավտոմեքենայից վերցնելով ՀՀ սահմանում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողություններով պայմանավորված՝ իրեն հատկացված հրազենը, անտեսելով ռեստորանի տարածքում գտնվող բազմաթիվ անձանց ներկայությունը, հիշյալ ռեստորանային համալրի առանձնասենյակի պատուհանից կրակոցներ է արձակել ոստիկանության բաժնի շենքի ուղղությամբ։
Այդ կերպ խախտվել է տարածքում բնակելի շենքերի բնակիչների անդորրը և խոչընդոտել հասարակական նշանակության օբյեկտների բնականոն աշխատանքը:
Այնուհետև, տվյալ ռեստորանային համալիրում գտնվող, Ճամբարակ քաղաքի մեկ այլ՝ 37-ամյա բնակիչ հիշյալ վայրում բռնություն է գործադրել այնտեղ ժամանած ոստիկանների նկատմամբ, քաշել ոստիկաններից մեկի շապիկից, իսկ նույն քաղաքի վերոհիշյալ 42-ամյա բնակիչը, վերցնելով խորովածի շամփուրներից մեկը, սպառնացել է այն նետել ոստիկանության ծառայակցի ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել նրանց հասցեին։
Բավարար փաստերի առկայությամբ՝ 36-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Ճամբարակ քաղաքի 42-ամյա բնակչին՝ 452-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, իսկ նույն քաղաքի 37-ամյա բնակչին՝ 452-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով: Նրանցից երկուսի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը, իսկ մյուսի նկատմամբ՝ բացակայելու մասին արգելքը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, երեք անձի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան:
