Սույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստ` Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման և դրա հետևանքով Հիմնադրամի կողմից Արցախին հումանիտար աջակցության ցուցաբերման հարցը քննարկելու նպատակով, որը վարել է Հանրապետության նախագահ, «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը։

Հիմնադրամից հայտնում են, որ նիստին տեսակապի միջոցով մասնակցում էին հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի 20 անդամներ, ինչպես նաև Հիմնադրամի տեղական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Նիստի ընթացքում ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ներկայացրեցին Արցախում ստեղծված  հումանիտար ճգնաժամը և արցախահայության հրատապ կարիքները, դրանք հասցեագրելու ուղղությունները։

Նիստի մասնակիցները քննարկեցին ստեղծված իրավիճակը, շեշտվեց Արցախին հումանիտար աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով համահայկական համախմբան անհրաժեշտությունը: Ներկայացվեցին  Արցախին հրատապ մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու հնարավոր ուղիները և եղանակները, ձեռնարկվելիք միջոցառումները, այդ թվում՝ տարբեր ձևաչափերով դրամահավաք-արշավների կազմակերպման, Հիմնադրամի՝ Արցախում իրականացվող ընթացիկ ծրագրերի վերաուղղորդման հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև Հիմնադրամի կողմից միջազգային տարբեր կառույցներին դիմելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ բոլոր կառույցներին առաջարկվեց ակտիվ աշխատանքներ տանել՝ իրենց համայնքների ներուժը Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման ջանքերին ուղղորդելու, ինչպես նաև երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում Արցախի կայուն ու ինքնաբավ զարգացումն ապահովելու նպատակով:  

ԱՄՆ տեղական մարմինը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց անմիջապես 500 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար տրամադրել՝ Արցախին բնամթերքի տեսքով մարդասիրական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով:

2021-2022թթ. ընթացքում Հիմնադրամը Արցախում արդեն իսկ իրականացրել է ավելի քան 32 միլիարդ դրամի տարբեր մարդասիրական ծրագրեր, որոնք ուղղված են հետպատերազմյան վերականգնողական աշխատանքերին։ Կառուցվել և շահագործման են հանձնվել հարյուրավոր բնակարաններ ու առանձնատներ, ավելի քան 52 կմ տարբեր ռազմավարական ճանապարհներ և մի քանի համայնքներում խմելու ջրի ցանցեր, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորվել են առողջապահական, կրթական, մշակութային և այլ կարևոր ոլորտների զարգացման տասնյակ ծրագրեր:
