Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արման Գալստյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ՝ 38-ամյա Օնիկ Մ-ի նկատմամբ, որը կասկածվում է դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Վանաձորում սեփական տան բակում գտնվող զրուցարանում առանձնակի դաժանությամբ իր 34-ամյա կնոջը սպանելու համար:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Վարդան Սուղյանը, դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և ժամեր անց խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, բավարարել է քննչական վարչության միջնորդությունը և Օնիկ Մ-ն դատարանից տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, դեկտեմբերի 25-ին դաժան սպանություն էր տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 09։00-ի սահմանում ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Ֆիդայիների փողոցի տներից մեկում սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել։

Ոստիկանները նշված փողոցի տներից մեկի բակում գտնվող փակ զրուցարանի ներսում հայտնաբերել էին պարանոցը կտրած կնոջ դի:

Դեպքի փաստով Ս. Մկրտչյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել էր քննչական խումբ, խմբի ղեկավար Ա. Գալստյանի կողմից սպանության հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ և նշանակվել էր դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ սպանվածը նշված հասցեի բնակիչ՝ 34-ամյա Ցոլինե Մ-ն էր։ 

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվել էին տեսախցիկի առջև խոսել, ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասել էին. «Առավոտ շուտ ոստիկանական մի քանի մեքենաներ էկան մեր փողոց, կանգնեցին Օնիկի տան մոտ, մեկ էլ էն տեսնենք, որ ոստիկանները մտան տուն ու որոշ ժամանակ անց Օնիկին տարան։ Լսել ենք նաև, որ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները խոհանոցային դանակ են գտել, որի վրա կա արյուն։ Երևի, տաք հետքերով ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են Ցոլինեին սպանողին, ու դա նրա ամուսինն է։ Թե ինչն է եղել պատճառը, չգիտենք, դա ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները երևի կպարզեն»։
