ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահների հայտնվելը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին անհնար է, համոզված է քաղաքագետ, Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կովկասի երկրների հիմնախնդիրների փորձագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը։ Lenta.ru-ի հետ զրույցում նա գնահատել է տարածաշրջանում արեւմտյան չեզոք զորքերի հայտնվելու հնարավորությունը։

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել էր, որ Արցախում Լաչինի միջանցքը 20 օր արգելափակված է, և ռուս խաղաղապահները չեն վերահսկում այն։ 

«Միայն Փաշինյանի ցանկությունն ու որոշումը [արևմտյան խաղաղապահներին տարածաշրջան մտցնելը] բավարար չէ։ Խաղաղապահները պետք է կանգնեն սահմանազատման գծում։ Սա պետք է լինի երկու կողմերի համաձայնությամբ: Ադրբեջանն իր թույլտվությունը չի տա արեւմտյան խաղաղապահների հայտնվելու համար»,- ասել է Տարասովը։

Մասնագետը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանը կարող է արևմտյան գործընկերներին ներգրավել ԼՂ հարցում։ Սակայն եթե նոր զորքեր հայտնվեն, ապա միայն հայկական կողմից։ Եվ սրանք այլեւս խաղաղապահներ չեն լինելու, հավելել է նա։

«Փորձեր են արվում կարգավորման խնդիրները տեղափոխել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափ, և այդ ձևաչափով կարելի է սպասել նոր խաղաղապահների ի հայտ գալուն։ Բայց սա մի բողջ էպոս է։ Առայժմ հորիզոնում ոչինչ չկա։ Եթե ​​խոսենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահների մասին, ապա մոտ ապագայում դա անհնար է։ Ադրբեջանը չի համաձայնի դրան»,- ասել է Տարասովը։
