ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է խմբի կողմից կատարված բնակարանային գողության և գողության փորձի դեպքերով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքից։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 41-ամյա տղամարդը, ուրիշի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, նախնական համաձայնության գալով ընկերոջ հետ, 2022 թվականի մարտի 11-ին գնացել են նույն մարզի  Արաքս համայնքի Գայ բնակավայր, որտեղ վերջինս սպասել է դրսում, իսկ 41-ամյա տղամարդը, տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ բացելով պատուհանը, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել ներս և հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հասնող, ընդհանուր 7.500.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողության ոսկյա և արծաթյա զարդեր:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ երկուսով, կրկին նույն եղանակով, հիշյալ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող վագոն տնակից փորձել են գողություն կատարել, սակայն արժեքավոր ոչինչ չգտնելով՝ հեռացել են: Մեկ այլ դեպքով էլ, գնացել են նույն համայնքի Ակնաշեն բնակավայրի վարչական տարածք և վագոն տնակից գողացել ջրի մատակարարման պոմպ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 41-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 1.1-րդ կետերով (որը համապատասխանում է գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերին), 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (որը համապատասխանում է գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-254-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետին) և 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (որը համապատասխանում է գործող քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետին), իսկ վերջինիս ընկերոջը մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել նույն հոդվածներով՝ հանցագործությանն օժանդակելու համար:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, երկու անձի վերաբերյալ, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան:
