2022 թվականին ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության գրահրատարակչության ոլորտում մեկնարկել է «Հայ մշակույթը հանրահռչակող օտարալեզու գրականության հրատարակում» դրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը:
ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ Ծրագրի նպատակներն են հայկական մշակույթի տարածումն ու հանրահռչակումը Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս, պատմաիրավական խեղաթյուրումների և ապատեղեկատվության չեզոքացումը: Այս նպատակով ուսումնասիրվել և ցանկավորվել է արտերկրում գործող մոտ 500 գրադարան, որոնք համալրվելու են ծրագրի շրջանակում հրատարակված գրականությամբ:
Ծրագրի համատեքստում խրախուսվում են հայ մշակույթի վերաբերյալ առավել հանրամատչելի շեշտադրումները՝ զերծ գիտական բառապատկերներից և բառամթերքից, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալու ընդլայնել ոչ միայն ոլորտն ուսումնասիրող մասնագետների շրջանակը, այլև ընթերցողական բազմաշերտ լսարանները:
Ծրագրի գաղափարն ի հայտ է եկել եվրոպական երկրների մեծ մասի քաղաքային, շրջանային և համալսարանական գրադարանների տվյալների բազան ուսումնասիրելիս. արձանագրվել է այն փաստը, որ ֆոնդերում առկա և Հայաստանին ու հայերին առնչվող հայ կամ օտար հեղինակների աշխատանքներ կա՛մ չկան, կա՛մ խիստ սակավ են:
Որպես նախընտրելի թեմաներ՝ նախանշվել են հետևյալ ուղղությունները՝ Արցախի պատմամշակութային ժառանգություն (ներառյալ՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո հայտնված տարածքների ժառանգությունը), hայկական գորգարվեստ (նաև ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության այլ դրսևորումներ), hնագիտական ժառանգություն, ուրարտագիտություն, հայկական ճարտարապետական ժառանգություն, դասական արժեքների միջազգայնացում:
2022 թվականին ծրագրի մեկնարկի շրջանակում հրատարակվել է 5 անուն գիրք.
«Արցախի և Ուտիքի ձեռագրական ժառանգությունը» պատկերագիրք- ուսումնասիրություն (ֆրանսերեն),
«Հայաստանի պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը» (անգլերեն),
«Արցախի վտանգված քրիստոնյա-հայկական ժառանգությունը» (անգլերեն),
«Ռուսական ազգագրության թանգարանի հայկական հավաքածուները» (ռուսերեն, անգլերեն),
«Արտակ արք. Մանուկյանի անվան Թեհրանի հայոց ազգային-ազգագրական թանգարանի հավաքածուն» (պարսկերն):
Հայաստանի մասին տեղեկատվության հասանելիությունը շարունակաբար ապահովելու համար ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է նաև 2023 թվականին և հաջորդ տարիներին:
