novostivl.ru-ն «Բաքուն և Երևանը ցանկանում են Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել դավաճանության մեջ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Ասրիյանը մեկնաբանել է Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել է իր պարտավորությունները չկատարելու մեջ, քանի որ Լաչինի միջանցքն այս պահին արգելափակված է, Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտում է շարժը այդ միջանցքով։ Քաղաքական գործչի խոսքով, խաղաղապահները, որոնց խնդիրն է կանխել խաղաղության համաձայնագրի պայմանների խախտումները և երաշխավորել ազատ տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով, չեն կատարում իրենց գործառույթները։

Ըստ Արեմն Ասրիյանի, վերլուծելով Հայաստանի ընդդիմության հայտարարությունները, չնայած նրան, որ ոչ ոք ուղիղ չի խոսում, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ իրականում և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը դեմ են Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահների ներկայությանը։ Փաշինյանը, ամեն ինչի մասին պայմանավորվելով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, փաստացի իր կուսակցության միջոցով քարոզում է ռուսաֆոբիա։ Իր հերթին, ըստ քաղաքական վերլուծաբանի, Ադրբեջանի պահվածքը հիշեցնում է մինսկյան պայմանավորվածություններից հետո Ուկրաինային, որը ամեն օր փորձարկում էր Ռուսաստանի արձագանքը իր սադրանքներին։

«Այդ ամենը այսօր չի սկսվել, ընդդիմությունը շարունակում է հայտարարել, որ Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի տեսակետները համընկնում են, նրանք տանդեմով են հակադրվում ռուսական կոնտինգենտին»,- նշել է փորձագետը։
