ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ իրացնելու նպատակով կեղծ արտարժույթ պատրաստելու, պահելու և տեղափոխելու դեպքի լիարժեք բացահայտման նպատակով։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՔԿ-ն:
Մասնավորապես, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ, իրացնելու նպատակով կեղծ արտարժույթ պատրաստելու, պահելու և տեղափոխելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելու նպատակով՝ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների ընթացքում, միաժամանակ մի քանի հասցեներում կատարված խուզարկությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամ:
Նույն օրը, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ իրացնելու նպատակով կեղծ արտարժույթ պատրաստելու, պահելու, տեղափոխելու, առաքելու կամ ձեռք բերելու կամ դրանք իրացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածով Գ.Հ-ն, Ջ.Բ-ն և Ա.Զ-ն ձերբակալվել են։ Վերջիններիս ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
Իրականացված համակողմանի քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է նաև, որ Գ.Հ-ն 2022 թվականի նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում իրացնելու նպատակով Ա.Զ-ին է տվել տարբեր արժույթներով ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամներ, որոնք վերջինս իր հերթին իրացրել է տարբեր անձանց:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ներկայացված միջնորդությունների հիման վրա երկու մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
