Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում մեկնարկել է Արցախի բնակիչները բողոքի ակցիան՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին և արտաքին աշխարհին կապող ճանապարհն անհապաղ բացելու պահանջով:

Ինչպես նշեց բողոքի ակցիան նախաձեռնողներից «Վաղվա Արցախ» կուսակցության նախագահ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը՝ նախ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները երթով շարժվելու են Ստեփանակերտի հուշահամալիր՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու արցախյան պատերազմներում զոհված զինծառայողների հիշատակին, այնուհետև՝ Ստեփանակերտ-Շուշի տանող ճանապարհին տեղակայված Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմի անցակետ՝ նրանցից պահանջելու հեռացնել ադրբեջանցիներին Լաչինի միջանցքից:

՛՛Ինչու նրանց հետ, որովհետև ունենք նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարություն, որտեղ կողմերի վրա հստակ պարտականություններ են դրված, և այսօր պարզ երևում է, որ երկու կողմն էլ չեն կատարում կամ չեն կարողանում կատարել իրենց պարտավորությունները: Ադրբեջանը խախտում է հայտարարության 6-րդ դրույթը, Ռուսաստանն էլ ստանձնել է պարտավորություն՝ երաշխավորելու Լաչինի միջանցքի անվտանգությունը, որը չի ապահովում կամ չի կարողանում ապահովել՛՛,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ևս մի խումբ արցախցիներ Ստեփանակերտից շարժվել էին դեպի Շուշի՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին և արտաքին աշխարհին կապող ճանապարհն արգելափակած բնապահպան ներկայացող ադրբեջանցիների կեղծ պնդումներին հակափաստարկներ ներկայացնելու նպատակով, սակայն խաղաղապահները նրանց թույլ չէին տվել առաջ գնալ:
