«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս օրերին Արցախում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է կոնկրետ գործողությունների ծրագիր, թե առաջիկայում ինչ քայլեր են կիրառվելու համահայկական համախմբվածությունը լիարժեք ապահովելու հետ կապված։
Մասնավորաբար, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, նախատեսվում է առանձին թիրախային հանձնարարականներ, առաջարկություններ ու «անհրաժեշտության փաթեթ» ներկայացնել կոնկրետ խմբերի, քաղաքական ուժերի և անհատների ներգրավվածությամբ, առկա ռեսուրսներն ու ներքին և արտաքին կապերն օգտագործելով՝ համապատասխան գործողություններով և միջոցառումներով արցախահայությանն աջակցելու և ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար։
