Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանն այսօր այցելել է Զինվորական դատախազություն և ներկայացրել նորանշանակ զինվորական դատախազ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանին:
Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ Աննա Վարդապետյանն ընդգծել է, որ Էլիզբարյանի նշանակումը համակարգի համար դրական ազդակ է. նոր զինդատախազի աշխատանքային կենսագրությունը (Լոռու կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ, Շիրակի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ, Եղեգնաձորի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազ և այլն) հուշում է բարձր պաշտոններում կատարվող նշանակումների տրամաբանության մասին:
«Անկախ աշխարհագրությունից՝ Սյունիք, Շիրակ թե այլ մարզ, պարոն Էլիզբարյանը ծառայությունն իրականացրել է անտրտունջ, հոգատար և սրտացավ»,- նշել է Աննա Վարդապետյանը և այս առումով կարևորել դատախազության որակյալ ներկայությունը կայազորներում:
«Իմ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատանքային օրը սկսվում է պարոն Էլիզբարյանի զեկուցումով: Եթե տեղեկացնում է, որ Զինված ուժերում լուրջ միջադեպեր, ամենակարևորը՝ մահեր չունենք, ինձ համար այդ օրն այլ տրամադրությամբ է սկսվում: Երբ հակառակն է լինում, հասկանում եմ, որ մենք դեռ շատ անելիքներ ունենք»,- նշել է գլխավոր դատախազ Վարդապետյանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Աննա Վարդապետյանն անդրադարձել է նաև պատերազմական հանցագործությունների քննությանը և ընդգծել, որ քրեական վարույթների քննության ժամկետների հետ կապված խնդիրը պետք է քննչականների հետ համատեղ հաղթահարել՝ շեշտելով, որ «մեր ու ձեր չկա»:
«Շատ եմ կարևորում ոչ մարտական պայմաններում զոհված զինծառայողների վերաբերյալ գործերի քննությունը: Խնդիրները շատ լավ եք պատկերացնում, դրանք շատ են, և թեև վերջերս շտապողական, երբեմն անզուսպ վարքագիծ է դրսևորվում, բայց կարևորը հետևողական աշխատանք ապահովելն ու գործերով տրված հանձնարարականները կատարելն է, որից հետո կքննարկենք ու կհասկանանք այդ գործերի թե՛ որակումների հարցերը, թե՛ հետագա քննության հնարավորությունները»,- ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ նշել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը և Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանին մաղթել արդյունավետ ծառայություն:
Նորանշանակ զինվորական դատախազ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գրիգոր Էլիզբարյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Աննա Վարդապետյանին գնահատականների ու բարեմաղթանքների համար և վստահեցրել, որ համակարգում գրեթե բոլորին անձնապես ճանաչելով՝ այդ թվում նաև նրանց աշխատանքային ուժերն ու հնարավորությունները, առավելագույնն են անելու աշխատանքները որակով և ճիշտ կազմակերպելու համար:
