Նախօրեին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում կայացավ Լաչինի միջանցքում տիրող իրավիճակի հետ կապված նիստ: Այն, որ ԱԽ բոլոր անդամները կոչ են արել անհապաղ վերացնել արգելափակումը՝ որոշ դեպքերում հասցեական դիմելով Ադրբեջանին, ինչպես նաև օգտագործվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անունը, ինքնին կարևոր հանգամանք է և խոսում է այն մասին, որ Հայաստանից ու Արցախից գնացող ազդակները որոշակիորեն «տեղ են հասել»։ Սակայն ապշեցնում է այս նիստի հետ կապված իշխանությունների ու մերձիշխանական շրջանակների PR ակցիան:

Բանն այն է, որ ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ում որևէ բանաձև չի ընդունվել, եղել են սոսկ հայտարարություններ՝ առանց հարցի լուծման գործնական առաջարկությունների, դրան զուգահեռ՝ հայտարարվել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ը «ներկա չէ Լաչինի միջանցքում և ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտում գտնվող տարածքում»: Մի խոսքով, ֆետիշացնելու և ծայրահեղությունների մեջ ընկնելու առիթ չկա, որքան էլ, կրկնում ենք, նիստն ինքնին կարևոր ու դրական էր: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչի ելույթին, ապա այստեղ որևէ նորություն չկար. մի կերպ կարդալով իրեն տրված տեքստը՝ նա հերթական անգամ փորձեց նվնվալ, ամեն ինչ «հիվանդ գլխից առողջի վրա» բարդել՝ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելով հայկական կողմի հասցեին:
