ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն պարզաբանում է ծննդկանի դեմ սպանության փորձի շարժառիթները

Հանրապետական հիվանդանոցի հիվանդասենյակում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքի շարժառիթների վերաբերյալ շրջանառվող վարկածների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն պարզաբանում է, որ նման տվյալներ քրեական գործով ձեռք չեն բերվել, և խնդրում է զերծ մնալ ուրիշի անձնական և ընտանեկան կյանքի վերաբերյալ չճշտված տեղեկություններ հրապարակելուց։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կայքը, Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ այսօր առավոտյան Հանրապետական հիվանդանոցի հիվանդասենյակում հրազենի գործադրմամբ տեղի ունեցած դեպքի առթիվ։

2015 թվականի հունիսի 30-ին, ժամը 10:15-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մի տղամարդ Երևան քաղաքի վերարտադրողական առողջության, պերինատոլոգիայի, մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի հանրապետական ինստիտուտի հիվանդասենյակում կրակել է կնոջ վրա և ինքնասպան եղել:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբ՝ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Սահակ Գրիգորյանի ղեկավարությամբ:

Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1982 թվականին ծնված Հայկ Վարդանյանի դիակը՝ հրազենային վնասվածքով։

Պարզվել է, որ ժամը 10:00-ի սահմաններում Հ.Վարդանյանն այցելել է նշված ինստիտուտում ծննդաբերած և հիվանդասենյակում գտնվող իր կնոջը, այցելության ժամանակ ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է արձակել նրա  վրա, ապա ինքնասպան եղել։ Կինն անմիջապես տեղափոխվել է նշված ինստիտուտի վիրահատարան, և ցուցաբերվել է անհրաժեշտ բժշկական միջամտություն՝ կյանքը փրկելու համար։ Նրա առողջական վիճակը ներկայումս գնահատվում է ծանր։

Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։  Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի բարդությունը՝ բաժնի պետ Ս. Գրիգորյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, որի կազմում ընդգրկվել է 3 քննիչ։ 

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 3 պարկուճ, 1 գնդակ, հրազենային վնասվածք՝ հիվանդասենյակի բազմոցին, երկու ատրճանակ (մեկը` տղամարդու տաբատի գրպանում)։  Նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական, դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր քննչական գործողությունները՝ կատարված հանցագործության շարժառիթները, բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Քրեական գործով պարզաբանված փաստական հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ՝ թույլատրելիության սահմաններում՝ ապահովելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունը։

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
