Երեւանու ավագանու անդամ Վահե Գեւոգյանը գրել է․

«Բոլորը գրում են, որ Ադրբեջանը սխալ հաշվարկ ա արել, ամբողջ աշխարհը հասցեական կոչ ա արել, որ բացեն միջանցքը, որ իրա ձեռքով թեման տաքացրեց ի վնաս Ադրբեջանի և այլն։ Ուզում եմ հասկանամ՝ ի՞նչն ա սխալ հաշվարկ արել։ Նույն հասցեական մեղադրանքները հնչեցին, երբ Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածք մտան սեպտեմբերին հարյուրավոր մարդկային զոհերի գնով։ Կարծեմ դեռ դուրս չեն եկել այդ տարածքներից ոչ էլ պատրաստվում են, ոչ էլ աշխարհը ստիպում ա, որ դուրս գան։ Ալիևը իմ կարծիքով շատ հստակ հաշվարկում ա իր կարողություններն ու քայլերի հետևանքները՝ ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի։ Պատկերացրեք պատերազմից հետո ոչ մի բան չաներ, ոնց կա տենց մնար, ի՞նչ էր ստանալու՝ ոչինչ։

Արցախի հարցն իր համար մնալու էր օդում կախված՝ ով գիտի քանի տասնամյակ, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հարց չէր լինելու, ռուսների դուրս գալու հարց չէր լինելու։ Վարչապետն էլ արխային ընկած նորից սկսելու էր մունաթ գալ աջ ու ձախ։

Հիմա Ադրբեջանը անընդհատ իր համար լծակներ ա ստեղծել ու ստեղծում՝ օդում կախված հարցերն իր օգտին սակարկելու համար։ Հայաստանի տարածքներ մտնելով՝ կշեռքի մյուս կողմում դնում ա Արցախի հարցը, տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցը, Լաչինի միջանցքը փակելով՝ կշեռքի վրա դնելու ա Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հարցը, որպես հավասարազոր ստատուսով միջանցքներ ու էսպես շարունակ։ 

Լաչինի միջանցքը ուշ թե շուտ բացելու են, չի կարա էդքան մարդու հավիտյան այս կարգավիճակով պահել։ Բայց չեմ կարծում, որ բացվի նույն տրամաբանությամբ, ոնց մինչև փակելն էր։ Օրինակ՝ սեփական անցակետեր կդնի, Հայաստանին էլ կասի՝ ձեզ նման եմ արել՝ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի պես, աշխարհն էլ կասի՝ մերսի, որ բացեցիր։ Ինչ վերաբերվում ա Նոյեմբերի 9-ի պայմանագրին ապա Ադրբեջանը արդեն անհաշիվ խախտել ա այդ պայմանագիրը, էս պահին էլ խախտում ա, և՞։
Մենք Ադրբեջանի գործնական քայլերին հակադրում ենք «իրենց վրա դրսից մարդ բերելու» քաղաքականությունը, որը մեղմ ասած գործնականում չի աշխատել մինչև հիմա։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ ինչ-որ մեկը կառավարությունում հաշվարկե՞լ էր, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը «բնապահպանները» կարան փակեն, ոնց երևում ա՝ չէր հաշվարկել, չէր հաշվարկել նաև դրանից առաջվա Ադրբեջանի քայլերը. սա ա խնդիրը»։
