ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված քննչական ծավալուն միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է մեծաքանակ՝ ընդհանուր 12,5կգ քաշով ոսկյա ձուլակտորներ։ Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Մասնավորապես,  քննչական, վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում Երևան քաղաքի երկու բնակչուհիներ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին են ներկայացրել տարբեր վայրերում առանձին-առանձին թաքցված՝ մի դեպքում 6 կիլոգրամ 860 գրամ քաշով, մյուս դեպքում՝  5 կիլոգրամ 652 գրամ քաշով ամբողջական և մասնատված ենթադրաբար ոսկյա ձուլակտորներ։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալներով՝ նշված կանայք, որպես մաքրուհի, հրավիրված են եղել աշխատելու Երևան քաղաքի Օրբելի փողոցում գտնվող շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում, որը տվյալ պահին եղել է չբնակեցված:

2022թ․ հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին նրանք երկուսով մաքրություն են կատարել նշված հասցեում։ Աշխատանքները կատարելուց հետո իրենց հետ վերցրել են նշված բնակարանից հավաքված աղբը, որպեսզի նետեն աղբամանը: Նկատելով, որ աղբը սովորականից ծանր է, հետաքրքրությունից դրդված՝ բացել են այն և տեսել թղթով փաթաթված բազմաթիվ ոսկեգույն մետաղներ։ Համոզված լինելով, որ դրանք ոսկի են, հավասար բաժանել են միմյանց միջև, ապա կանանցից մեկն իր մասնաբաժինը թաքցրել է Կոտայքի մարզի Պռոշյան Երկաթգծի փողոցում գտնվող շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում, իսկ մյուսը՝ նույն մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքի Ավետիսյան փողոցում գտնվող տանը:  

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում  նշված անձինք ինքնակամ ներկայացրել են վերոնշյալ հասցեներում թաքցրած իրենց մասնաբաժինները:

Նշանակվել է դատանյութագիտական, դատաապրանքագիտական համալիր փորձաքննություն։ Կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հանձնարարություն է տրվել ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, այդ թվում հայտնաբերված շուրջ 12,5կգ ընդհանուր քաշով ոսկու ձեռքբերման աղբյուրները բացահայտելու, օրինականությունը պարզելու և առնչություն ունեցած անձանց գործողություններին իրավական գնահատական տալու նպատակով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
