Ի սկզբանե պարզ էր, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանի, այսպես կոչված, «բնապահպանների» պահանջները շինծու էին, իսկ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող ճանապարհի փակումն իրականացվում է հենց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից:

Երեկ էլ հայտարարություն տարածեց Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունը՝ նշելով, որ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթների շրջանակում ձեռնարկված քննչական, այդ թվում ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս ավտոճանապարհի զավթումը կազմակերպած Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների գերակշռող մեծամասնությունը հատուկ ծառայությունների նախկին կամ ներկա աշխատակիցներ են, բարձրաձայնվող բնապահպանական խնդիրն ընդամենը օգտագործվում է որպես սեփական արարքները արդարացնելու և դրանց հիմնավոր տեսք հաղորդելու միջոց, Ադրբեջանը հետապնդում է Արցախի Հանրապետության տնտեսության հիմքերը խարխլելու, բնակչությանը եկամտի աղբյուրից, աշխատատեղերից զրկելու նպատակ»:

Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ Հայաստանում կան որոշակի շրջանակներ, որոնք հայտարարում են, թե ճանապարհը փակել են ռուս խաղաղապահները: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում մեդիափորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ այս շրջանակների հետ գրեթե միաժամանակ նույնատիպ հայտարարություն է տարածում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի արտաքին կապերի վարչության ղեկավար Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը: Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանում այդ թեզը տարածում են գործիչներ, որոնք մշտապես հանդիպում են Փաշինյանի հետ. «Նրանք մտնում են «արտախորհրդարանական կլուբի» մեջ:

Եվ, իմ կարծիքով, պատահականություն կամ զուգադիպություն չէ, որ ադրբեջանական թեզ հենց այդ մարդիկ են առաջ մղում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, նկատվում է որոշակի միտում, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանում որոշ մարդիկ, այդ թվում՝ իշխանական շրջանակներում, Ադրբեջանի հետ հակառուսական տրամադրությունները բորբոքելու և ռուս խաղաղապահներին Արցախից հանելու միաուղղված խաղ են տանում»,-նշեց Տ. Քոչարյանը:
