Ուկրաինայի շրջանների մեծ մասում օդային հարվածների մասին ահազանգ է հնչում, ելնելով թվային զարգացման նախարարության առցանց քարտեզի տվյալներից՝ գրում է Ռիա Նովոստին։
Այսպես, վտանգի ազդանշան է հայտարարվել Ուկրաինայի Ժիտոմիրի, Վիննիցայի, Կիևի, Կիրովոգրադի, Չերկասիի, Պոլտավայի, Չեռնիգովի, Սումիի, Դնեպրոպետրովսկի, Խարկովի մարզերում։
Այսօր առավոտյան Կիևում և տարածաշրջանում կրիտիկական ենթակառուցվածքների վնասներ են գրանցվել, որտեղ գիշերային անօդաչու թռչող սարքի հարվածից հետո մի քանի շրջաններ մնացել են առանց էլեկտրականության։ Ազգային էներգետիկական Ukrenergo ընկերությունը ծանր է համարել մայրաքաղաքի շրջանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման հետ կապված իրավիճակը։
Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերը հոկտեմբերի սկզբին սկսել են հրթիռային հարվածներ հասցնել Ուկրաինայի ռազմական հրամանատարության և կառավարման օբյեկտների, պաշտպանական համալիրի և հարակից էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների վրա։ Սա, ըստ ՌԴ նախագահի, պատասխան է Ղրիմի կամրջի վրա կատարված ահաբեկչությանը և Ռուսաստանի այլ քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների վրա հարձակումներին։
