«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
eadaily.com–ը «Բաքուն կառավարում է ակտիվիստներին. բողոքի ակցիան Լաչինի միջանցքում աճել է նոր պահանջներով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքում արդեն մի քանի օր բողոքի ակցիա անցկացնող ադրբեջանցիները փոխել են իրենց պահանջները։ Եթե նախկինում ակտիվիստները պահանջում էին ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Անդրեյ Վոլկովի ժամանումը բողոքի ակցիայի վայր և Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանում «էկոլոգիական տեռորի» դադարեցումը, ապա հիմա նրանց պահանջների մակարդակը բարձրացել է և վերաբերում է «Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին Լաչինի ուղղությամբ առանձին սահմանային և մաքսային հսկողության կետերի ստեղծմանը»։
Ակտիվիստների կարծիքով, հանրապետության բոլոր պետական կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ ՆԳՆ-ի, Պետական սահմանային ծառայության և մաքսային պետական կոմիտեի անցակետերը պետք է տեղակայվեն Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան հողերում։ «Ադրբեջանի տարածք զենքի փոխադրումը պետք է թույլ չտրվի»,- բացատրում են նրանք իրենց նոր պահանջի էությունը։ Բոլոր նշաններով, «քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների» այդ բողոքը, որոնց թվում, ըստ Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի, նկատելի են Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների և իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներ, դառնում է պաշտոնական Բաքվի այն մտադրությունների արտահայտությունը, որոնց մասին նա պաշտոնապես չի հայտարարում իր անունից։
Բացի դա, «հասարակական բողոքի» քողի ներքո Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում գտնվող ռուս խաղաղապահներին վարկաբեկելու արշավը։ Ի հավելումն Լաչինի միջանցքի ակտիվիստների կողմից ռուս զինվորականների նկատմամբ ծաղր ու ծանակին, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին և Ստեփանակերտի, այսպես կոչված, «Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներին» է հասցվում հետևյալ միտքը. «Մեր ինչի՞ն են պետք այդ խաղաղապահները, եկեք միմյանց միջև պայմանավորվենք առանց նրանց»: Ըստ երևանյան քաղաքական գործիչների և փորձագետների, Բաքուն դրանով հետապնդում է երկու հիմնական նպատակ՝ համոզել Հայաստանին Ադրբեջանի արևմտյան շրջաններից դեպի Նախիջևան «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տրամադրել Լաչինի միջանցքին նման կարգավիճակով, ինչպես նաև վաղաժամ ավարտել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը, որի հնգամյա ժամկետն ավարտվում է 2025 թվականի աշնանը։
