Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին ժամը 10։30-ի սահմաններում, ադրբեջանական կողմը բնապահպանական պատճառաբանություններով փակել է Արցախն աշխարհին կապող կյանքի միակ ճանապարհը։ Այսօր ավելի վաղ Արցախի պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հայտնեց, որ հնարավոր է այսօր բացվի Լաչինի միջանցքը։
